We recently requested a "specific needs" rental property and this was managed by Ben who demonstrates exceptional communication skills and consistently engaged with openness and transparency. He was not only personable but also an attentive listener, which greatly enhanced our experience. His knowledge of the local area was evident, and he made every effort to accommodate our particular requirements. Remarkably, after just two viewings, Ben succeeded in securing an outstanding rental property that was perfectly suited to both my elderly husband and myself, which clearly showed that he had taken into account our specific wants and needs. Ben kept us updated regularly and was very patient with us despite our lack of IT literacy and was readily available to accept an easier form of communication for us.  He is reliable and showed integrity and honesty, acting as an effective intermediary between our prospective Landlord and us. I believe Ben's key traits include being a good listener, trustworthy persistent, patient, and available to guide clients, ensuring a smooth,, transparent, and successful rental property transaction. I’ve recently had a change in circumstances and found myself needing a place to rent, I went into Your move in Kettering where I spoke to a very friendly member of staff Micheal dainty. Micheal sat with me and took all my details and requirements for what I was looking for. Within days a house came up that fitted my needs, I was swiftly booked in for a viewing where I met Ben Trelour, again very friendly and accommodating I expressed my interest in the property and put forward my application. Despite obtaining a prospective property from another estate agent, I am so grateful to Mr Ben Treloar for his help in the house search. Ben is very professional, kind, patient and very generous with his advice from his expertise regarding the house searching/buying process. He handled me with a lot of grace and humility for which I am very grateful for. For example, one Friday evening when I first had a viewing with him, I was late as I struggled to get to the address of the house. However, Ben patiently waited for me till I got there. Even though I was not successful in making an offer for the property, Ben kept in touch to help me find other favourable properties. Despite rejecting some of the houses he shared as they had not fitted my criteria, Ben did not give up on helping to find me something that I was looking for. Even when I told him that I had found a prospective property with another estate agent, Ben handled this rather not ideal news to him in my view, with calmness, professionalism and grace, and even went a step further to answer some of my questions. I have no hesitations of recommending Ben to anyone looking for a property, basing on my experience with him. I have received great service recently from the agency and my contact Iulia Todosan with getting permission to adopt a pet to support with my mental wellbeing. As a tenant living on my own Iulia has been very empatethic and happy to support me with the process when I called to ask her if this was a possible adjustment to our agreement.
