As first time buyers me and my husband have found an absolute treasure Darryl Borthwick-Robertson from Your move Kettering's branch and David Meredith (financial advisor) . Darryl has been so professional yet so friendly and reassuring in many ways. He clearly listened to our needs and showed us properties that were within our budget and with all the criteria we asked for. Even when we had to pause for months on our search for a house he was patient and kept us updated. Once we were ready to start again he still knew exactly what we were looking for and kept surprising us with even better properties. We are still in the process but we wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team especially Darryl for helping us find a new home. We can't recommend this team enough.

After being with another estate agent for 3 months and getting nowhere, to say I wasn’t expecting much was an understatement. However straight from the off these guys are different - unlike other estate agents who purely wait for calls due to Rightmove and who want you to drop the price every week. Your move actively contact prospective buyers, they promote your home as if it was their own and are honest and reliable. You get updates every Friday and honestly are so professional. My house has sold after 2 weeks with them . Micky is an absolute diamond - his negotiation skills, honesty and professionalism are out of this world!

Absolutely fantastic experience selling our house with Your Move in Kettering. We sold our house within a couple of days being on the market. The whole team, Michael, Darryl and Jess have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jess has been fantastic at giving me updates throughout the whole process and also ensuring all paperwork is dealt with in a timely manner. Darryl shown prospective buyers round our house with confidence and professionalism. Not forgetting Michael who was the main man for the photography, 5* photography skills which really shown our property in the best light to attract potential buyers. Michael also spent a lot of time with me going through paperwork and contracts and ensuring I understood everything regarding my sale. 100% would recommend these guys. It’s been a pleasure.

From the moment we decided to use ‘your move’ to sell and ultimately buy with them, it was the best decision we’ve made, Joe was informative and not pushy with all the jargon that goes with a sale and this was very much needed. With the buying, Daryl was excellent at negotiating everything on our behalf. Although I’ve just mentioned two names I think we dealt with everyone at the branch and all of them are fantastic and welcoming, We don’t intend to move again but if we did we wouldn’t hesitate to use your move.

The team were fantastic at helping and understanding my additional needs when most Estate Agents either failed to get back to me or were unsupportive of my requirements. They made me feel appreciated and that nothing was too much of a bother and were extremely sensitive and compassionate with their email responses and did not pester me/hound for business. Best service in the country. I did an online valuation for our house purchase just for my information. Dan from Your Move branch in Kettering checked in asking if he could be of any help. I politely declined, everything under control - that's what I thought! Our mortgage application has been going on for a few months and Dan kept checking in and I kept declining his help. Until one day when our purchase nearly fell through because of delays with our mortgage. I rang Dan asking for help - on a Friday late afternoon! Now Dan could have given up on me by this time but he didn't. He assured no problem, booked me for a consultation with their mortgage advisor David and David saved our mortgage, effortlessly in 7 days! Have Dan given up on us, this would have been a different story, with a lot of sorrow. Dan haven't given up on us, despite us not even being his customers. He had no reward from helping us, but he still did. I couldn't have wished for more loyalty, I just didn't see it early enough. We are in debt eternally and I can't thank Dan's team enough. Finest customer service, they are so pleasant and polite one wonders if they are even humans. They can certainly walk the walk, perhaps even march. I'm proud to be their customer and feel safe that I have allies who are ready to help not for the profits but through their sense of duty and expertise. I would urge anyone considering their services - don't be like me, use their wisdom, they are really that good!

Although we did not use Your Move for our sale our purchase, Jess from Your Move was the Estate Agent dealing with the sale at top of the chain. She was brilliant as she was pushing to whole chain so the sale would go through within the required time frame before our mortgage expired. Jess was happy to put in the leg work and speak to all the Estate Agents and solicitors to ensure that the sales completed withing the required time frame and was happy to keep all parties updated. If it was not for Jess I don't think our sale and purchase would have happened. I cannot thank her enough even thought she was not our Estate Agent. In the future I would certainly use there as from my experience they keep on top of the sale all the way through to completion rather than many other Estate Agents where it appears once they have had the offer in on their house that is their job done. From the outset, when I visited this branch of Your Move and met with Darryl Borthwick I felt he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. Darryl was professional, polite and was really helpful when explaining what he was expecting to receive property-wise, discussing property market conditions and with providing area info (as I am new to the area). I also liked that he said he would call us as soon as there was a property of interest - and he did just that! Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase a property via Your Move but their level of customer service is excellent. There is no doubting their commitment to ensuring you are their priority.
