From the offset the standard of service has been that of 5* hospitality. Michael has presented himself with a professional yet very personal demeanour, nothing has been too much trouble including answering my many questions. Michael is the sole reason I chose Your Move. His confident attitude is backed up by his knowledge of not only the business but also the market. Sound advice which is now paying off. 10/10 Michael. Dan has been quick off the mark with finding a tenant and the communication has been excellent. Again nothing is too much trouble. The few interactions with Joe have been stellar and his professional and friendly personality mean that he his approachable, which is important for any manager. More importantly, he makes me feel valued as a client and not just another number. If this standard of service is maintained throughout our business I think others would do would do well to learn these ways of working.
