Your move Kettering have been really helpful with trying to find us a property. They have been very responsive with all of our enquiries, very polite, friendly and informative with viewings they have conducted and also notified us ASAP with upcoming properties, matching our search criteria, coming onto the market. Shout out to Michael at the Kettering branch who has been excellent with proactively sending us some images of properties prior to them being published onto the market and arranging for early viewings to help us find our home after a few unsuccessful opportunities in the past with other estate agents. I am particularly happy with the decision to chose Your Move and would do so again in a heart beat. I was on the market with a well known online firm with little success. Frustrated I decided to go with Your Move. Within approx 1 week they had secured me a buyer! That was already impressive, but it is the after sales service that really impressed. They were knowledgeable, helpful and above all incredible tenacious. All issues were dealt with swiftly and they even helped with speeding up the Solicitors. We first met the very polite and professional Ethan, when I went to see the first flat we viewed! It was a good flat just not for me and my partner. Absolutely first class. We may not have been paying the fees as we were buying not selling, however at every stage Darryl has made us feel like the most important client. Having previously had a bad experience with another local estate agent, and of course the stereotype of the industry, we were very wary of how much support we would get. I can only say that Darryl's proactive response to every step through the process ensured even someone as overly organised as me, was one step behind his efficient communications. When Michael came round to value my property, I had already was on my 3rd estate agent and was looking to go with a Internet agent. Michael said"Just give me four week" and he delivered i had more viewings in three weeks than the others had done in two years. I was fed up with chasing estate agents to find out whats was happening, not with your move Kettering they was on the ball in very short time I felt at ease that they had my best interest. I cannot recommend Your Move Kettering high enough and felt they was worth every penny. They managed to change my views on estate agents totally and cannot thank them enough. I don’t leave many or any reviews normally but felt compelled to on this occasion! We initially contacted three local agents to provide a valuation on my property. Michael from Your Move was particularly helpful and we particularly appreciated his honest approach! The marketing reports they produced were incredibly informative and gave me confidence that Your Move were the best agents for us to sell our property. A sale was agreed within two days which we couldn’t believe, well done Darren! Following that I have to say that throughout the process Jessica was really the star of the show and kept us informed and calm throughout some tough moments! A great, very hard working team that were a real pleasure to deal with and although it took longer to complete than we thought, we now couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
