GoogleHonestly the BEST service I've ever received! My partner and I are first time buyers and Your Move (Kettering) have made it a great, pain free experience. They have been so helpful , supportive and efficient the whole way through. The sales Coordinator on our case was Julie Jones, she went above and beyond her duties to help and her bubbly personality always kept us amused. She is an amazing woman and an asset to the company! Facebook*Amazing* these guys were fantastic, originally I was looking to buy a property. Chris, sat with me and went through my requirements, spent quality time with me going through their current properties. Chris kept in close contact with me over the coming weeks, keeping me up to speed with new property listings and viewings. Unfortunately I did not receive this service from some other agents! I ended up going for a new build but will be discussing my letting requirements with Your Move as their service is incredible. Chris passed me over to Corey (your move mortgage advisor) as I had previously been to see another mortgage advisor from a different company where I had to sit in their Showroom and discuss my personal finances which I was not happy about doing, I was not prepared to discuss my incomings and outgoings whilst customers were coming in to look for houses! So I went to see Corey (your move) where there is a separate office within your move where I can discuss my personal finances with the mortgage advisor and not every person that walks in the door. Corey.... well where do I start???!!?? Totally fantastic, he spent time with me and explained all my options. I am not an expert in this field, which I made Corey clear of and he ensured I understood exactly what he was putting forward. It was a sigh of relief to be able to sit and talk to someone and not feel stupid, as he understood that not everyone understands mortgages/interest rates etc. After many times of going to see Corey I finally settled with an option, this is currently going through. So my advice to all is, go and see these guys - they are actually there to help! Excellent in every way! Well done and keep up the good work :)

GoogleMax was very detailed in providing information, I find that he was very patient to allow me look at all four properties with no rush. I was particularly impressed with his Good knowledge of each properties pros and cons. His in-depth knowledge of the properties location is also a plus , to top that up he gave me a free ride.?? YellFantastic mortgage appointment
I just had a mortgage appointment with Aidan and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. As a first time buyer with little knowledge around how the process works, it was refreshing to have someone break it down into clear explanations.I also had some interaction with the estate agents from the branch and they were all very welcoming and willing to help me find a suitable property. By taking the time to get to know me and my needs they have kept in consistent contact to alert me to new properties coming to the market - greatly appreciated!

GoogleCalled the other day I spoke to a lovely man who asked me plenty of questions to make sure he got all the info. We arranged a viewing straight away for a property we fell in love with on the website. It was such a shame but the property was an absolute state and the vendor had not cleaned up at all, despite the pictures being absolutely beautiful. Of course not a reflection on the company. The estate agent remained professional even though we could tell he was just as shocked at the mess as we were. He was very informative and friendly.

GoogleAvoid at all costs! Wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person if they gave him free accommodation! I was told the property had 2 parking spaces and a gated entrance coming soon. This was not the case, gate was broken and rather than it being fixed (as promised) I was issued one parking permit, which is one short of the two needed for our parking spaces. Left without hot water or heating for over 2 weeks and told to wash using hot water from the kettle. Front door lock was broken, from a poor previous repair. I was then given the choice of getting it fixed in 4 days time; leaving the property unable to be locked; or paying for the lock myself and getting the money reimbursed, I chose the latter not knowing would take 2 months for this to happen and only after chasing them the whole time. Zero stars isn’t an option! Good luck to any poor soul that falls for your moves trap like I did!

GoogleRelationship started off very well, went to see a property I loved but sadly it wasn't quite right. Now I have someone trying to book me into houses and actually not listening to what I am saying. They have not sent me through any details of the houses they want me to see apart from one, which I have already seen with them and it looks like its sold subject to terms & conditions,. From a great start now left feeling I actually don't want to deal with Your Move again, very disappointing.

GoogleI wish I could rate lower than one star. Please avoid this company. They are charlatans, fraudsters, scammers. They lied to me, took £250 to take the property off the market then put the property back on the market without my knowledge and refuse to refund me my £250. I have reported them to the ombudsman and taken the matter to the police. Their customer service is awful and rude. Please avoid them like a plague. You have been warned. Do not use this company under any circumstance. Their prices are exorbitant and they never disclose the terms and conditions, they just want to take your money. All the glowing reviews you see here are fake.

GoogleRegarding rental services, Your Move operate on a finders fee. Meaning once you’ve signed, support dwindles very quickly. When viewing the property I currently live in I was told WiFi wouldn’t be an issue, turns out the property wasn’t linked with the internet exchange and I’ve so far, had to shell out around £120 just to be able to receive an ADSL connection, this is poor. Additionally, there’s still a heater hanging off of the wall which I was assured would be rectified shortly after moving in... this was 2 months ago. I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write a bad review, but being lied to by a company as large as this is atrocious.

I had the misfortune to deal with Your Move Kettering over a period of 10 months, managing a tenancy for a client.As a professional landlord I find it astonishing that they get away with such practises. The number of underhand charges they heap on a tenant is disgusting, communication is poor and when directly asked for contact details of a manager to make a formal complaint I was ignored, on more than one occasion. Avoid at all costs.

From the very beginning of the sale to the very last part ,The agent who looked after the sale was always professional, returned calls, dealt very quickly with any issues. The photos that were taken were superb, the write up again superb, Viewings excellent, always feedback whether it was negative or positive. would highly recommend .Fees very good.
