GoogleHarry isn't your stereotypical estate agent, despite being forced to dress that way. He understands the importance of knowing his clients. He may work for the vendor but he helped us figure out what was important to us and find us our for ever home. Top bloke, easy to deal with and still natter when I walk past the shop now. Don't go elsewhere
Thank you, Scott, for sharing your recent experience. Harry and the team here at Your Move appreciate your kind words and any future recommendations.

GoogleI'd like to say thank you for the great support in letting and managing my house from Steph, Thomas and the rest of the team. I relied heavily on their eyes and feet as I am now at a long distance, and they always helped quickly and professionally. Arranging quotes and documenting the results made me feel confident in the state of the property, even though I couldn't get to it myself. I definitely recommend them 5*.

GoogleWell, what can I say other than Harry at this place is really just the best sort of person you'd want to deal with. He was open and honest from the start and provided clear requirements prior to sorting out a property for me. I could not have asked for more from everyone there really. Really helpful and considering the market at the moment it's even more impressive. Will definitely be using them as my go to in the future.
Thanks, David, for your recent five star review and positive feedback. We will pass on your kind words to Harry, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!

GoogleHarry and Steph managed my sale and from the first meeting with them to carry out the valuation, through to the marketing, viewings and offer management, I was very impressed. I met two other agents for valuations on the same day, but immediately got a sense that the Your Move team would do a great job, and I wasn't disappointed. Professional and focussed on getting the job done, but also friendly and personal. Once the sale was agreed, Jessica was superb at progressing the sale through, chasing solicitors as needed and keeping me up to date throughout the process. A big thank you to the whole team involved in getting my property sold. I would thoroughly recommend their service!
Thank you Richard for your five star review. We really value your opinion and are delighted to learn you received excellent service from Harry, Steph and Jess. It is great to hear you were so well looked after.

GoogleI would give 10 stars if I could! This isn’t the first time we have used Yourmove we go back because they are EXCELLENT! The whole team at Kingsthorpe work together to get your house sold at the best price as quickly as possible and are all so fab to speak with ….they even remember who they are speaking to from voice on call! ….(or I am on a blacklist that they recognise ha ha) ….this time our house has sold in under a week! This is where it normally gets hard dealing with solicitors etc. but I know it will now move across to Jess (Hi again Jess! it can’t possibly be as much work as the last chain we were in)…..THANK YOU ALL AGAIN
Lynn, thank you so much for taking the time to write these lovely words about your experience. We take all feedback seriously but it is so gratifying to receive incredible praise like this. We have passed on your kind words to Jess and the team.

GoogleHarry was absolutely brilliant when we thought our rental had fallen through. Incredibly compassionate towards our situation and took on board our preferences and budget. Kept us updated throughout so we knew what was going on in terms of available properties whilst being realistic with approach. Even though we weren’t a guaranteed job, never did we feel like we were a waste of time, always had Harry’s full attention and felt like he was doing his best by us. A true professional throughout and a fantastic experience! Other agencies could certainly take note!
Thank you, Molly, for taking the time to review our services and share your recent experience. Your feedback is very much appreciated, and we will be sure to pass on your kind words to Harry.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with a rival estate agents previously, I decided to try selling my property again and instructed Your Move. The initial chats and communication was very good and I felt confident putting my home back on the market. To my surprise (after having been on the market for months via another agency with barely any viewings) within the space of 3 days my property was on the market, viewings had taken place and offers received. Although I haven’t completed on the sale yet, your move have been great at every stage so far and I’m sure the remainder of the process will go through without a hitch. Gemma, Steph, Harry and the rest of the team, thank you so much for making everything such a seamless and quick process. Faith in Estate Agents is restored!

GoogleHarry and the team at Kingsthorpe were brilliant! We sold really quickly and Harry kept us up to date the whole way through the sale. When things were being held up by other parties, the Your Move team stepped in to speed things up and keep us fully informed. They were extremely accommodating of our work commitments and it was clear that Harry really knew our expectations from the Estate agents right down to when was best to call us!! Would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Harry and the team at Kingsthorpe!

GoogleFrom the initial meeting with Steph to the accompanied viewings with Sam and Harry and the final exchange/completion stages with Jess, Your Move Hobin Roberts were brilliant. They went out of their way to try to find us somewhere to buy whilst promoting our property for sale at the same time. Once sold, they kept us fully informed at all stages, liaising with solicitors, other estate agents and sellers/buyers. We would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI’d certainly recommend Your Move Hobin Roberts as an agency with integrity, experience and wonderful customer service. The Kingsthorpe branch represented my vendor, and I’ve been very impressed with their timely, professional and well informed service during the sale process. Stephanie, Gemma and Harry really went the extra mile to facilitate the sale, and were a very cohesive, hard working team. In addition, the company has a dedicated completion specialist (Jessica Roberts), whose sustained efforts to finalise the sale in a complex housing chain have been exemplary. I’ve since appointed the company to handle the sale of a rental property, and in a short time they have produced excellent results.
Trudy, thanks so much for the lovely words, highlighting the service you received from Stephanie, Gemma, Harry and Jess.

GoogleLovely, professional and attentive staff. Harry was brilliant at his job and a great person to deal with, he treated you as an individual not just one of many. Stephanie was knowledgeable and got to understand you as a person very quickly and my dealings with her have been very enjoyable. Only had a very brief exchange with Gemma but she was also very upbeat and encouraging. They all seemed to really care about people which is unusual these days - rewarding and encouraging to see.
Sheenagh, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a five- star review and highlighting the service you received from Harry, Stephanie and Gemma. It really is appreciated.
