⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Your Move estate, Northampton. From the very beginning of the process through to moving in, the team has been incredibly helpful and supportive. A special thank you to Lucy, who conducted my property viewing and made everything clear and straightforward. I’d also like to thank Siobhan for all of her help throughout the process. Every time I had a question or called the office, the team was always friendly, patient, and happy to help. This is my first time renting privately rather than living in student accommodation, so I was quite nervous about the whole process. However, they made everything so easy and stress-free, and I always felt supported. I would highly recommend Your Move Eastgate, Northampton to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you all for making my first renting experience such a positive one!

Honestly I've had a horrible experience with your move and I advise anyone who's thinking of using them for lettings to beware We looked at a property we were interested in, your move accepted our offer quickly and went onto referencing. Referencing was passed in a few days and we were told that everything was good to go ahead so we handed in our notice to our current landlord. I enquired twice about getting a second viewing so I could take measurements for things like furniture and so on. But they kept delaying or going silent. Mind you we also had offers on other properties so us settling on this one meant we rejected other options. And just one week before our move in date I get a call from the referencing agency saying the landlord has changed their mind?? This is absolutely horrible service. Either they weren't being transparent with me when it came to agreeing the property or they don't vet their landlords properly. When I spoke to the referencing agency about this, they say "well ultimately it's up to the landlord." I enquired about appealing the decision but it's been completed radio silence since then. Absolutely horrible experience and it's really set us back and screwed us over.

I just wanted to say what a great estate agent Stephanie Butts was. She worked incredibly hard to help me sell my home, and her communication was honest, clear and constructive throughout. At one point I had a leak notification at the house and, as I live away, she even popped round to inspect it for me. I couldn’t recommend her and her team more, you’ll be in very safe hands using her to sell your property.

When the boiler was condemned by a gas engineer in my house, i was left without any heating or gas cooking until a new boiler could be fitted. The above engineer didn't want to do it ( too difficult for him perhaps? ) I gave Ellie Robinson at Your Move a call to explain my predicament, just as a cold spell was about to grip the country. Sure enough, faster than a speeding bullet she got back to me with three quotes, all of which i felt was very reasonable. I accepted one of them and left her to instigate it and within three days the new boiler was fitted up and running! Can't thank Ellie enough for her help.
