We have had a very positive experience finding a new home to rent via your-move, all the staff have been very responsive and helpful and we are now renting a lovely 2 bed property. Our property manager Iulia Todosan has been very helpful with fixing a couple of issues that have arisen, and we are confident that any issues that may arise will be dealt with in a quick and positive maner because of her friendliness and enthusiasm to make sure we are happy in our home

Selling my flat has been one of the experiences I’ll never forget! But without Your Move and their excellence service and help it could well of been a nightmare. Two people have been fantastic throughout the whole process and going above and beyond to help me sell my flat but also make sure that the tenants I had at the time were considered and informed in a well mannered way of the impending sale of the flat. I would like to thank Ben Taylor for his professionalism and support through that part of the process. Then throughout the sale of the property Georgia Goodwin has been exemplary with feedback, support and regular updates but most importantly always a pleasant voice to hear when times can get a bit frustrating (notably the buyers Solicitors that you can’t do anything about). My burglar alarm malfunctioned at 1 am Sat morning. So you can imagine I thought this will be a nightmare on a weekend. I called the management team and spoke to Maddie M who I believe was having one of those days with lots of calls. She took my details asked for pictures and said she would deal with it . She did, an engineer called later and had been informed of my problem and details he was then able to walked me through the relevant steps needed to solve the problem, Maddie emailed and called back to made sure I was happy and everything was resolved, she took more details and clarified if I needed anything else to call her. Maddie is a credit and helped me out of of what could have been a bad weekend.

I dealt with their property Manager Jane Hayward, she was great. Straight to the point emails, really quick responses, and very efficient. Jane and her colleagues even tracked me down with some old details years later, to tell me they had found i over paid some rent at an old rental I lived at. We have been looked after by Muhtasin for a while now in our tenancy and he has been amazing, he communicates with us quickly and efficiently and shows that he genuinely cares for our needs. We bought our house a few years ago through Your Move and were very happy with the service, so when we decided to sell Your Move was our first, and to be honest, the only choice. The team is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ben, Sam and Jessica for constantly being in touch and looking after the sale, but a special thank you to Floyd who has completely exceeded our expectations. We were extremely impressed by Floyd’s professionalism and how friendly and easy, going he is at the same time. Floyd visited us when we decided to sell. He listened and took into considerations our expectations and suggested the best strategy to sell the house quickly and without problems. He also took amazing photos of our home with his fancy camera and created a beautiful virtual tour which we think was very helpful for potential buyers as it showed exactly how our house looks like.
