The service at your move is really good and the staff there are friendly on and off the phone. I Made a call in while I was away from the country, and when I arrived the U.k, I followed up with your move and surprisingly they had a student accommodation still available for me even though there was a lot of scarcity for student private housings in the area. We used YourMove to sell our house, the agents were quick to respond to queries and were always available to talk through any queries or questions. They're a good group of people to get on with, and put you at ease - this is after all their bread and butter! Joanne Austin the sales coordinator was an absolute saving grace in getting our house pushed through to exchange, and was the best liaison between clients and solicitors we've had. She was always on the ball and first on the phone with updates, generally really helpful. Would definitely use YourMove again and especially with Jo as the Sales Coordinator! Thanks for all the help! Sam Throw was great at being quick to respond when we wanted the house on the market and Ben Taylor was great with sealing the deal with the buyers and all the other good stuff in the background! A real team effort all round and very much appreciated from our side. Thank you :)

Excellent service provided by everyone at the estate agent, initially went with another estate agent but it didn’t work out so we went with Your Move and wished we had gone with them in the first instance. Peter, Sam and everyone else who we dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Joanne A for being amazing from start to finish helping us through the process and dealing with all questions and concerns we had putting our mind at ease, 10/10 for customer service. I am very satisfied with Your Move estate agent and I'm glad I chose them. At one point I was going to give up because we had issues with the land registry. I wanted to thank Joanne who has been exceptionally helpful and supportive. She is a credit to your organisation and was very friendly and professional. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and was constantly in touch with solicitors etc. She gave me valuable information and advice which I couldn't get off any solicitors. We have finally got an exchange date which seems like a dream come true. With the words like "if you need anything in the meantime, as always.. you know where I am." I would never be hesitant to call her about the littlest reason. I recommended my relative and they sold their property before mine. Would highly recommend 100% A BIG thank you to Joanne Austin for making life so much easier!

My initial experience with Your Move was somewhat disappointing and as a first time buyer, I felt they could have been a bit clearer with the process and communication especially with regards to having one firm do the conveyancing/search and then another law firm act as solicitors. However, when Joanne Austin came into the picture, my experience became a lot smoother. If this was a review of Joanne, it certainly would be 5 stars +. She was great throughout the process with chasing up solicitors on both sides, proactively updating me about progress and clarifying any issues. I couldn’t thank her enough and I understand it is her job as sales progressor but she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Joanne!!!

Your Move has been a great experience. I phoned for a meeting about rental options, spoke to Harry who was super helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. He then booked a meeting with Peter ( Valuation Manager) who was also fantastic, with great customer service , he spent time with me and gave me all the options available. I then went back wanting to sell through them, Peter came back out, took some wonderful photos of the house, got it on the market straight away, organised a 1 day open house and 1 week later the house is now under offer! I recently rented a room through Your Move and dealt with letting agent Siobhan Fenn during the process. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. During the viewing and again at the time of exchanging contracts, I clearly specified that the mattress in the room needed to be removed before I moved in. However, when I collected the keys, the mattress was still there and this request had not been addressed. In addition, I found that I had to take the initiative for most of the communication throughout the process. I had to repeatedly call and prompt for updates and information regarding the next stages, as there seemed to be very little proactive communication or attention to detail. Overall, the process felt disorganized and required more effort from me than I would have expected from a letting agency managing the tenancy process.

We have just completed yesterday on a sale with Your Move that was marketed through your Bridge Street branch in Northampton. Our Sale Progressor was Joanne Austin. She worked soooo hard for us to get this through to completion, it was quite challenging for the last month and I spoke or emailed Joanne most of those days! She always took on board everything we were saying, never said no to us and pushed and pushed and pushed for the sale to get completed so much so that we felt it appropriate to send her a big bunch of flowers upon the completion!
