Have recently had the pleasure of selling our home through Your Move. We received exceptional service from everyone we dealt with from the Northampton Bridge Street office and were made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. A special mention has to go to Joanne Austin who not only kept us up to date with the progress of our chain, she was keen to chase and get the chain moving which saved further delay and really helped us achieve completion sooner. I can not recommend these guys enough. The whole team has been fantastic with both the lettings and sale of my property. After visiting nearly every agency in town I walked in this office on Bridge Street and was greeted by Toby & Sam it was refreshing to talk to two professional young men who took the time to talk to me and find out what I was looking for- I had a property to let and tenants already! Needless to say I returned the next day and signed up. I always felt everything was in safe hands and I didn't have to worry about anything Having provided such great service I gave them the opportunity to also sell the property and I was not disappointed. The team at Your Move were exceptional. We owned two buy-to-let houses in Northampton which I was trying to manage long-distance. A friend recommended Your Move letting and management team. From the first telephone call Miranda, Your Move Lettings Manager, was excellent, professional and fantastic at problem-solving. Eventually we decided to sell. Initially I went with a different agent but things did not progress well. Miranda very kindly put me in touch with the Your Move sales team who were just as brilliant. The team gave great advice on how to prep the house for sale and Jonathan secured an offer on day one of viewings!! Jess, Your Move Sales Coordinator, was an absolute star. She kept me updated throughout the process and was constantly in touch with the buyer and both sets of solicitors. She got everything over the line in record time. I cannot recommend Your Move highly enough, they were fabulous from beginning to end, from my initial phone call from Frank, who was so knowledgeable and took me through how everything would work and all the pricing, Peter who came to do my valuation who knew more about how selling shared ownership worked than any of the other valuers I tried. That made my decision for me, and I am so glad I went with Your Move, Joanne who was handed my case once the property had sold was on another level, the whole process was over 6 months (back log with the solicitors due to the stamp duty holiday) and Joanne made sure that she spoke to me at least once a week to update me and let me know if I needed to chase anyone. Everyone else I spoke to on the phone or in branch was just as friendly and helpful and knowledgeable as these three. Fully recommend them to anyone selling, or buying, and especially if its shared ownership, these people know their stuff.

Your Move have been fantastic from start to finish of the house buying process. Transparent pricing, enthusiastic staff showing prospective buyers around, even at the height of COVID restrictions they couldn’t have been more proactive. I have used Your Move for both the selling of, and purchase of a property and the back office support from Jo and Jess has been second to none, going above and beyond and liaising with all those in the chain when buying/selling issues arose (of which there were many but not of Your Move’s making). Would definitely recommend.

Everyone in the branch were a pleasure to deal with. We had some last minute trouble with a landlord but Miranda worked to sort us another apartment by noon the following day with no issues. She did everything she could to help us and I would recommend her to anyone searching for accommodation.
