The property took only 2 viewings to sell. The agent had a good range of potential customers to contact and helped to secure a good price and speedy conclusion of the sale, despite the pandemic. My first contact to Hobin Roberts Your Move Kettering Branch, was Joe, who pictured our home. He arrived on time was smartly dressed and professional about his business. He was using new (to us) camera technology which enabled the house to then have the walk around feature. It was then I was introduced to Daryl who was described as ‘the best’, they weren’t wrong. Daryl was enthusiastic and energised about the task of selling our house from the start. He kept us appraised fully and started to tell his contacts about the property, within 24 hrs we had interest & a viewing. After the house was on the website we had 4 viewings and offers within 48 hours. Daryl negotiated in our behalf and we got full asking price. He is ‘the best’. It was then Jess from the Sales Progression Team who held my hand through the lengthy wait of accepting an offer right the way through to completion. Jess was informative and comforting when I wobbled with concerns, she pushed information into the right hands and nudged solicitors when needed. By the close of this whole transaction I can say that it took 8 weeks. We are now settling into our new home and very grateful for the team. If i could leave 10 stars I would!!! Sold my property in quick time at a good price, this was only the start though. People think only about the sale of the property, but the real work begins once the property has an offer accepted. We had a chain of 5 and the investment buyer at the bottom was so difficult, they delayed the move at every possible turn. Without the absolutely dedicated team at Duston Your move, and their collaborative team at Kingsthorpe we just wouldnt have even managed to get this across the line. Unfortunately the lower chain were all with an Internet Seller and so the after sale support was nothing - they pay their 'low' fee up front, there is no incentive for these agents to then assist during the most difficult time - they are literally selling you a space on Rightmove, after the experience with this chain I would never again sell to anyone who had sold through PB. You get what you pay for, & if you think agents fees are high I can tell you that if anything gets complicated on your sale they earn every penny of it. These guys did, their dedicated team (Jess - my hero) in the background ended up working for the entire chain as they only had PB aftersales to go to who were less than useless. No matter Jess worked her soul out to get this across the line with 1 particularly difficult person in the chain, without her efforts for all of us it would have collapsed. It has been a stressfull few months but with the help of Johnny, Jess, Jonathan and team we got there. If you want to sell quick, at a good price and have top class support throughout you need to use Your move. THANK YOU!!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
