I have recently purchased a house, where the agent was Your Move. The purchase came with a few complications, but I dealt with Darryl from Your move and he kept the process moving in a professional manner and kept in communication with me at all times. I would certainly recommend Your Move if I was to sell my property and also they are one of my preferred agents in Kettering when purchasing property too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Fantastic experience again dealing with Your Move Kettering. Fantastic staff and experience from start to finish. I dealt with a number of staff and they were all fantastic. Joe Roberts, who initially came out to do the valuation at a time that suited us, very flexible and accommodating. Micheal Dainty who initially did all the photography - I couldn’t fault his discription of the property or the way he put the details together for us. Max Jelliman and Darryl Borthwick-Robertson who took time to do numerous viewings, at no point did they rush or did it ever seem like a problem to come out and help. All the staff were fantastic with getting the property to the market and getting it sold. After the sale was complete Jessica Roberts was fantastic! She was professional, approachable and always there. She returned every call quickly, she progressed the sale efficiently and nothing ever seemed like too much of a problem!! She really did make the experience with your move the complete package!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Your move Kettering have been really helpful with trying to find us a property. They have been very responsive with all of our enquiries, very polite, friendly and informative with viewings they have conducted and also notified us ASAP with upcoming properties, matching our search criteria, coming onto the market. Shout out to Michael at the Kettering branch who has been excellent with proactively sending us some images of properties prior to them being published onto the market and arranging for early viewings to help us find our home after a few unsuccessful opportunities in the past with other estate agents. He’s been very helpful with updating us on new properties and checking in on us to see how our search has been going .PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We worked with David Meredith of Embrace to renew a mortgage taken out previously when we purchased our house through Your Move in Kettering. David made the process so simple and easy to understand. He's transparent, honest and knowledgeable which enabled us to secure a great new deal. Highly recommended!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I am particularly happy with the decision to chose Your Move and would do so again in a heart beat. I was on the market with a well known online firm with little success. Frustrated I decided to go with Your Move. Within approx 1 week they had secured me a buyer! That was already impressive, but it is the after sales service that really impressed. They were knowledgeable, helpful and above all incredible tenacious. All issues were dealt with swiftly and they even helped with speeding up the Solicitors. Darryl Borthwick-Robertson in particular was a real pleasure to deal with and the impressive pace that he got us to exchange was in no small part down to his help. Thank you Your Move and thank you Darryl.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I used Your Move to sell my house and they were fantastic. They were completely on the ball and I felt they held the whole chain together. Thanks to them my move went smoothly. They were professional at all times and stood out compared to other estate agents I had dealings with. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
