GoogleSo far, the service has been efficient and has progressed well and rapidly. The staff have been professional, courteous and have responded to any queries and concerns that I have had promptly. However, as I am only at the very beginning of our business relationship, I can't as yet in any good concsious provide any further comments but so far so good. If it is possible, I will further update my experience as we progress through the tenancy.

GoogleI used “Your Move “ as I had used them before when selling my mothers house and was very happy with their service . So now it was time to sell my house . Matt was the first one who came to look at the house , Matt was lovely , he explained all the stages and what would happen next ( timelines ) Matt was kind and understanding as I’m now a widow and was unsure doing things alone . Glen was the next I met , he was equally as friendly and knowledgeable . I have now sold my house and Matt , Glen ,and Sam are guiding me through the next steps . Thank you so so much .

Whenever you call the office, the person picking up the call always knows who you are and which property(ies) you're connected to. We always felt that Matt was honest with the feedback that he gave us. GoogleThe sale of my house turned out to be more complicated than most and was drawn out over several months. Throughout the whole process Matt and his team on the sale side were great and couldn't have done more. Once sold Joanne on the admin team was fantastic, chasing everybody concerned in the sale and keeping me up to date on a weekly basis with how things were moving. I couldn't recommend the team more highly, they all did a fantastic job for me.

GoogleI cannot recommend Your Move highly enough, they were fabulous from beginning to end, from my initial phone call from Frank, who was so knowledgeable and took me through how everything would work and all the pricing, Peter who came to do my valuation who knew more about how selling shared ownership worked than any of the other valuers I tried. That made my decision for me, and I am so glad I went with Your Move, Joanne who was handed my case once the property had sold was on another level, the whole process was over 6 months (back log with the solicitors due to the stamp duty holiday) and Joanne made sure that she spoke to me at least once a week to update me and let me know if I needed to chase anyone. Everyone else I spoke to on the phone or in branch was just as friendly and helpful and knowledgeable as these three. Fully recommend them to anyone selling, or buying, and especially if its shared ownership, these people know their stuff.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent service provided by everyone at the estate agent, initially went with another estate agent but it didn’t work out so we went with Your Move and wished we had gone with them in the first instance. Peter, Sam and everyone else who we dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Joanne A for being amazing from start to finish helping us through the process and dealing with all questions and concerns we had putting our mind at ease, 10/10 for customer service. Highly recommend this estate agent and will definitely be using them when we sell and future purchases.

Initially we were shown the property by Floyd who gave us great information on the various options without being pushy, then he introduced us to Graham their associated mortgage advisor who qualified my daughter and got her a mortgage offer within days. Finally, we were looked after by the wonderful sales Coordinator Joanne (Jo) who delivered service beyond excellence, she kept us well informed, chased all parties to ensure our dates were met. She was the first to congratulate us on exchange of contracts!
