Today we completed the sale of our house thanks to Your Move estate agents that are without doubt the best in Kettering. Your move sold my property within a week which was fantastic because I had tried for a year and a half and tried many other agents which proved to be very unprofessional and incompetent. Oscar James being the worst I have ever dealt with. Simpsons & partners were nice people but needed a few volts. Heart vanished Without trace ? Chris George dressed the part but could not sell ice-cream from a van! I would recommend your move only 100% . The whole team were spot on every step of the way and Micheal Dainty especially is the go to Man. Thank you All.

I initially had a valuation appointment with Michael Dainty who explained the value of my property and gave me helpful advice. Michael also created fantastic photos and a virtual tour which helped to secure a buyer from London within 24 hours! I couldn’t be more pleased.

We have been kept up to date with everything. The staff have been lovely and very pleasant. We would definitely use Your Move in Kettering again.

I would highly recommend Your Move Estate Agents Kettering. They were extremely professional and committed to selling my property. All the team were pleasant and informative when showing viewers around. Max Jelliman was fantastic and couldn't have worked harder he did his best to ensure all his viewings were conducted in a confident positive way.

Couldn’t thank your move enough in helping me to secure my first home. I had looked at a few property’s with Darryl but not found the one and then he contacted me about the perfect property for me before it even went on the market helping me to secure it (which is difficult in these times). The chain on my purchase was challenging but Jessica was great at keeping me updated on the progress. Overall great service.

Your Move sold our property and also helped to find our new home which we absolutely love! The initial advice provided from Michael Dainty was superb and he is the reason we decided to choose Your Move in the first place. The property was marketed and sold for £10,000 more than another agent advised too so we couldn’t be more pleased! Finally support provided from Jessica throughout the process was invaluable and we are so grateful for all of her help. Five stars!

We recently purchased a property which was on the market with Your Move Kettering. I was very impressed with the quality of the details and also the virtual tour. Michael and the team were very professional, efficient and friendly. We decided to rent our property using their services. After just a couple of days Michael, Darryl and the team managed to secure a deposit for our property, so fantastic work by all the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the offset the standard of service has been that of 5* hospitality. Michael has presented himself with a professional yet very personal demeanour, nothing has been too much trouble including answering my many questions. Michael is the sole reason I chose Your Move. His confident attitude is backed up by his knowledge of not only the business but also the market. Sound advice which is now paying off. 10/10 Michael. Dan has been quick off the mark with finding a tenant and the communication has been excellent. Again nothing is too much trouble. The few interactions with Joe have been stellar and his professional and friendly personality mean that he his approachable, which is important for any manager. More importantly, he makes me feel valued as a client and not just another number. If this standard of service is maintained throughout our business I think others would do would do well to learn these ways of working. I am over the moon and would recommend Your Move Kettering to any/everyone. Thank you Micheal, Dan and Joe for your support and hard work.

Your Move were by far the most helpful agents in Kettering. We recently moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs, I’m really impressed! Shout out to Michael Dainty who was always on hand to offer advice and even emailed a virtual tour to me before I travelled to look with him in person! He’s really funny too which is unusual for an estate agent in my past experience! Thank you all at Your Move!

I’ve had a super experience in purchasing a property via Your Move Estate Agents in Kettering. I particularly want to give a shout out to Michael Dainty who assisted me through the process, updating me immediately on the progress of my acquisition and keeping me informed thorough negotiations. This was via email, text and phone calls. Unlike other Estate agents in the town who had left me feeling frustrated I can honestly say Michael is a super representative of Your Move and definitely is the go to person if you’re looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks for a great experience. I definitely will be using Your move again and highly recommended them.

Everybody at your move was very professional and friendly. They made the process of selling our house as easy as possible. From Michael who did our initial evaluation and Max who also showed people around, we were so pleased with the service. A special thank you to Jess who went above and beyond to get us through to exchange of contracts in just under 8 weeks! We would recommend your move to anyone looking to sell their house 😊

I went to Your Move for my first time purchase as Darryl had been recommended by a couple of people. I was not disappointed, he listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to support me during the process. Everyone in the office have been extremely friendly, which is not something I had experienced elsewhere. The financial support was really useful and I was able to clearly identify my budget and was supported through the whole mortgage application process. Thank you very much for all your help to find me my first home.

From our first friendly greeting by Michael outside the house we had come to view followed by a thorough guided tour and quick negotiation we were on the way to moving into a new to us home. Michael is the nicest, friendliest and professional Estate Agent that I have ever dealt with. I must also mention Jessica who kept us informed about the progress of our move and must have been very busy dealing with solicitors and other estate agents. I would like to thank them both for making our move as smooth as possible. I will not hesitate to use Your Move Kettering for any future moves and would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks guys.PositiveProfessionalism
