My resent experience with your move in Chatham has been excellent. In particularly with Mr Huck who has gone out of his way to be extremely Informative and Courteous throughout. Responding to out of hours emails and accepting mobile calls in evenings. I would recommend your move definitely

GoogleWhen looking at multiple properties to rent across multiple letting agents, Lee from Your Move was the only agent to consistently answer any questions we had proactively. Right from the start of the process everything was dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleGreat hassle free experience dealing with Stephen, Beth and Tom. I bought a property and rented my other property through them. They kept in contact throughout the process with updates and they were always contactable if you had any questions. When I decided to sell my rented property, again they sorted out everything and organised the tenants who were renting to buy my property. Tom the in-house mortgage advisor was excellent, he sorted out my mortgage and unlike other mortgage advisors did not charge a fee. If you want a hassle free experience, I would definitely recommend using Your Move Lanark.

From our very first call, we were able to arrange a property viewing on the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The entire process, from arranging the viewing to signing our tenancy agreement, was simple and stress-free. A special thank you to Lee and her team at the Wishaw branch for their support and professionalism in helping us find our first home. GoogleI rented through Your Move Wishaw and they have been without a doubt the best company to deal with - they provide an excellent service. Special thanks to Sharon who I mainly dealt with, she was lovely to speak to and very prompt in getting back to me with any queries I had. Can't recommend them enough.

Sorry to hear about your experience, unfortunately when you took up the tenancy, you entered in to a direct agreement with the landlord (a friend of yours) the property was not managed by us. The condition/cleanliness was a matter to be agreed between you and your landlord.
