Beth and Stephen were incredibly helpful. We hadn't planned on moving until our dream house came on the market. Beth helped us get our offer in and accepted and swiftly got Stephen to get ours on the market. Beth kept us in the loop and always offered a quick response to calls and emails (especially the ones where we voiced anxieties). This is our third and final house and it has definitely been the best agents we have used. We never plan on needing estate agents again but will certainly recommend them to anyone in the future. Can't thank them enough for helping us get our forever home.

As first time buyers we really appreciated the straight forward and empathetic approach of the whole team, especially Tom, who helped us sort out our mortgage and really went over and above when a seller disappointed us. We liked the way the photos online did not exaggerate the size of the rooms. Beth was friendly and helpful, with lots of local knowledge that was very reassuring. The dream team of sales and support, they do not dissapoint! Beth and Stephen have gone above and beyond with advice, support and guidance through the whole process of selling our house. We highly recommend the team at Your Move Lanark. After being stuck in a rut for months trying to sell our house, and with a sale that had fallen through, we switched agents to Your Move Lanark. From the first point of contact until completion, they were a breath of fresh air and were with us every step of the way. The marketing photos and video were top notch, and we quickly achieved an offer way above our expectations. Communication was excellent all the way through and they stayed on board right through until the keys were handed over. 5 WEEKS!!!!! Thanks to the amazing team at Your Move again. I decided to sell my house using your move due to my experience buying a house with them and I was not disappointed. From taking the pictures, to putting the house onto the market the process was a breeze. From start to finish it only took 5 WEEKS. This included everything from agreeing to a buyer, sorting lawyer paperwork which your move helped to chase up speeding the process again, to handing the keys over. Great hassle free experience dealing with Stephen, Beth and Tom. I bought a property and rented my other property through them. They kept in contact throughout the process with updates and they were always contactable if you had any questions. When I decided to sell my rented property, again they sorted out everything and organised the tenants who were renting to buy my property. Tom the in-house mortgage advisor was excellent, he sorted out my mortgage and unlike other mortgage advisors did not charge a fee. If you want a hassle free experience, I would definitely recommend using Your Move Lanark.
