Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫

GoogleWasn’t happy with current letting agent and changed to your move in Wishaw. Lee was friendly, professional and supportive. She kept me fully informed with all processes and Updates. She was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. She very quickly had eligible tenants lined up to view . I felt the whole process was extremely professional and stress free. Google5 WEEKS!!!!! Thanks to the amazing team at Your Move again. I decided to sell my house using your move due to my experience buying a house with them and I was not disappointed. From taking the pictures, to putting the house onto the market the process was a breeze. From start to finish it only took 5 WEEKS. This included everything from agreeing to a buyer, sorting lawyer paperwork which your move helped to chase up speeding the process again, to handing the keys over. Not once did I feel stressed or lost and I actually felt excited and organised selling my house. I was looked after by Stephen and Beth the amazing team from Lanark and would choose them every time
