GoogleAs first time buyers we really appreciated the straight forward and empathetic approach of the whole team, especially Tom, who helped us sort out our mortgage and really went over and above when a seller disappointed us.
We liked the way the photos online did not exaggerate the size of the rooms. Beth was friendly and helpful, with lots of local knowledge that was very reassuring. The whole process was made less stressful as a result. Highly recommend this company!

GoogleI can't recommend Your Move in Lanark enough, especially Beth who was absolutely outstanding in helping us secure our new family home. From start to finish she was friendly, supportive, informative and approachable. Beth answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently. Buying a house is very stressful and it's so important to have the right people lead you through the process. I would not hesitate to reach out to Beth at Your Move again. Huge thanks from us!

GoogleWe had a very smooth and enjoyable experience buying a house listed by Your Move in Lanark.
Beth was incredibly helpful throughout the process and I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Estate Agents First Lanark to anyone looking to sell your house.
If I, as a buyer was given so much support and guidance during the process, I'm confident that you as their client will be very well looked after from the moment you decide to put your house on the market until the sale is complete.
I'm sure you will be safe in Beth's hands during what can be a very stressful time.

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Your Move and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole team was easy to communicate with, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
A special mention to Mel, who showed prospective buyers around our house. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about the local area, but also brought a sunny, outgoing energy that made everything feel much less stressful. Her friendly and confident manner helped create a positive impression for viewers and made the experience feel seamless.
From listing the property to finalising the sale, Your Move were efficient, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased our new home with Stephen and Beth at Your Move First, Lanark. What a team and what a service! From start to finish, the whole process was seamless (and quick) thanks to their knowledge and expertise.
They truly care about getting the best outcome for their clients and whilst everything was dealt with in a professional manner, they felt like friends by completion.
Stephen and Beth helped us secure our forever home but I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone else considering selling or buying.
Thanks again,

GoogleI have had the privilege of liaising with both Wishaw and Lanark over the last 4 years as my letting agent and now Lanark to sell the property. The team are very professional and very attentive. Emails and phone calls are returned immediately. If not available, another member of staff quickly addressed my query. For the let, Lynne @ Wishaw kept me fully updated with all maintenance issues at the rental property whilst Lee at Lanark kept me fully up to date with the sale giving me details of every viewing and even contacting me out of hours with feedback after an evening viewing. What more can you ask for? I wouldn't hesitate in using Your Move again. I only wish I had found them many years earlier. Thanks once again for all your assistance.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutely shocking experience!!.....Stephen and Beth both need reporting for both their lies and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend these two if they were the last estate agents on the planet. I had to use a solicitor to be able to access another viewing after I had submitted an offer for property. Something both Steven and Beth knew was perfectly legal but refused to allow!!! Both agents caused an unnecessary stressful situation. I cannot highly UNrecommend them enough. Beware.

We pride ourselves on the highest standards of both professionalism and service for both buyers and sellers and would be more than happy to discuss your feedback although we believe you may be referring to a purchase with an uncommonly complex situation, back in 2018. However, please feel free to call Stephen at the branch and he will look into this further.
Many thanks,
