GoogleWe have just sold our home through Your Move First Lanark. Stephen, the valuation manager, was our first point of contact. He was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the area and property prices, thus instilling great confidence in ourselves that we decided they would be the best agent to go with. Lee, sales consultant, then took over the reigns with the viewings and potential buyers. She again was an absolute pleasure to deal with and our experience was extremely professional and stress free from start to finish. We never had to chase her up for anything as she was always in close contact with ourselves updating us with any feedback or necessary information. We are delighted to say that Your Move First did an excellent job in selling our home very quickly and professionally and we would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling/buying. GoogleWent for a viewing and told them I would be in touch when home (4 1/2+ hrs away). Then to be told the property had an offer which had been accepted (disappointed but fine), tried to ring and emailed to discuss, but was totally ignored. This was by the senior sales consultant! Won't be going for any property marked by this company again.
The market is very buoyant, a lot of properties are going under offer within hours of coming to market, some buyers will naturally be disappointed, it is unfortunate, however only one buyer can be successful. We did present your offer to the seller, along with other offers, as you know on this occasion your offer was not acceptable to our client.
