GoogleHave just completed on sale of property. The agents did all viewings and emailed to check it was convenient before booking it. The whole process was smooth and whenever I phoned the office nothing was too much trouble. Recommend wright Marshall

Googleafter contacting various estate agents to arrange valuations on our properties,and not getting much response,i contacted wright marshall office in nantwich.the young lady i spoke to was very helpfull,and arranged a meeting with louise chapman.my wife and i met louise at the arranged time and date,i showed her arround the properties and left her to view in her own time. my wife and louise had a conversation at the end of viewing and louise said she would be back in touch soon with her thoughts on valuations.we recieved all the information as promised.my wife and i would not hesitate in recommending wright marshall and there team,everything was carried out very professionally,and exceeded what we expected.once again thank you to the team at wright marshall,and especially louise.thank you once again,david and irene webster.

Jack has always acted in a professional manner and when you next purchase a property John I advise that you don’t wait three weeks to send your documents across following having your offer accepted. GoogleAbsolutely top class customer service from Jack, from the day of valuation to completion day we couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Due to the distance between where we live and the house we were selling, Jack saw to the surveys etc held keys etc, and for that we will always be very grateful. Superb !

GoogleJack was great from the start. We were quite particular about where we would consider moving to and fairly noncommittal. We were probably not the best of clients but Jack treated us as if we were buying and selling million pound houses. When we did find the house we wanted to move to Jack sprang into action to get us on the market and our house sold. He worked weekends, flexed his diary and we had sold within three weeks. During the lengthy conveyancing process he kept things moving and stayed in contact with all key parties. Jack is great at his job and a very likeable person generally. We highly recommend his services (very competitive rates too!).

GoogleJack from Wright Marshall Estates Northwich has been fantastic for my property sale from start to finish. He gave me some great advice and tactics on the pricing strategy which allowed me to get a great sale price in the end. Jack would always get back to me in a very timely manner and would chase on my behalf for updates with the other parties involved in the process. I especially liked how easy it has been to communicate with Jack speaking with him on WhatsApp throughout. I highly recommend anyone wanting to sell their property to give Jack a call, he will be Professional from start to finish, not to mention his very competitive rates also. Thanks again!

GoogleAggressive, pushy tactics, not interested in working with buyers. There are better estate agents around. If you see a property listed with these, knock on the door instead and cut them out.

GoogleOur experience with Jack from Wright Marshall Estate agents was excellent from the point of our first contact. He was prompt and professional when he came to visit the house we were selling and really made us feel that he was confident that he was the man we should trust to do the job. His enthusiasm was what made the difference between him and other agents one of whom didn't even turn up for a confirmed appointment. The sales package was clearly explained and competitive. We had a say and were listened to in the selection of photos used to sell the house. The preparation prior to going on sale was exemplary. A key point for us was that Jack was solely in charge of all matters relating to the sale, including the viewings, and there was no 'interference' from others in the office. There was an initial flurry of activity and viewings but when things quietened down after a few weeks Jack recommended strategies to re-energise the sale and he informed previous viewers of those changes one of which came straight in with an offer which eventually resulted in the sale agreement. Jack was constantly on the task of keeping the ball rolling by regularly communicating with solicitors to chivvy them along where necessary and kept us in the picture at all times. Mainly thanks to Jack, overall, we thought we had a thoroughly professional experience and have difficulty finding fault with what was our first house sale in over 40 years.
