GoogleVery poor communication, my initial call to enquire if they dealt with the sale of land with PP i was met with a level of uncertainty by the staff member but was promised the valuer would ring me the following day to discuss, this did not happen.

GoogleExcellent service from Wright Marshall, the sale of our property had been difficult and nothing was to much bother , Huge thanks to Paula who throughout gave helpful advice all through the sale process and kept us updated . I would not use any other agent in the Buxton area , highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough .

GoogleMy partner and I have used Wright Marshall for both selling and renting out properties recently. The sales team (Paula, Pete, Jordy) were fantastic from start to finish. They were very proactive throughout the process and always available to answer a call/email and to offer advice. Paula in particular went above and beyond her role to support us through the process. On the rental side -Abby and Amelie again were fantastic. They undertook numerous viewings to ensure that a suitable tenant was found who could provide references and checks. On both the sales and rental side the team communicated with us throughout making the whole process less stressful. We would 100% recommend Wright Marshall to anyone needing this type of service.

GoogleWe engaged Wright Marshall to sell my late sister's house who died suddenly and unexpectedly without dependants to deal with it. The circumstances were made more difficult by some of the family living some distance away from Buxton. That meant we needed a service that went beyond the practical mechanics of selling the house. We found that, in all circumstances, they were willing to help and in particular Paula Cooper showed great patience and understanding. She promptly replied to emails and was always available to answer queries on the phone and solved a number of issues arising with the house without fuss. For a professionally efficient service with a friendly personal touch I am happy to recommend Wright Marshall as Estate Agents

Communication was great, phone calls and emails were always answered, and if we dropped into the office they were knowledgeable and up-to-date with exactly where we were up to with progress. All the staff are great but a massive thank you to Louise who is one amazing lady, from the minute I rang to arrange a viewing to completion she's been their every step of the way keeping us informed of all aspects of the sale, which at times has not been straight forward.
