GoogleJack was brilliant throughout the process. He came and measured the property himself and gave me an accurate pricing based on the size, location and quality of the house. He then gave me regularly updates on viewings. I had a buyer pull out unnecessarily after two months due to no fault of my own and Jack reassured me and quickly found my a new buyer so that I didn’t lose my purchase. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
Hi George! ⭐️ Thank you so much for your fantastic review. We’re delighted to hear that Jack supported you so well throughout the entire process, from accurately valuing your property to keeping you updated every step of the way. We know how stressful it can be when a buyer unexpectedly pulls out, so it’s great to hear Jack was able to reassure you and secure a new buyer quickly so your onward purchase was protected. 🙌 Your recommendation means a great deal to us. Thank you for choosing Wright Marshall Northwich! 🏡✨

GoogleI definitely do not recommend this company. We have been renting a house for almost four years and live in very poor conditions. Mold and dampness. The company completely ignores requests for repairs. All requests and reports are swept under the rug. In a word, I advise you to stay away from them if you are planning any cooperation with Wright Marshall. I am attaching a photo of mold in the bathroom. We were left alone with this problem.
'Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention - we understand this issue has been given top priority by the staff at our Knutsford office who you rent from. Your landlord we believe is waiting on their insurance company's approval to facilitate the work required. In the interest of fairness we would however request that your review is removed from the Buxton office and reissued under the Knutsford branch as this is the office you rent the property from and this is somewhat unfair posting your review under the incorrect office? Rest assured this issue is being dealt with urgently and we will endeavour to make sure all necessary works are completed as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding 🙏
