GoogleA very professional yet friendly service is provided by Nick Hale and his team at the Buxton office. Both Nick and Paula went the extra mile to ensure our somewhat complicated house sale was completed as speedily as possible.

GoogleWe used Nick and his team to market and sell my late mothers flat in 2022 having been involved with them last year when we were unsuccesfull in the purchase of a property for ourselves which fell through which was no fault of the agent Wright Marshall. I was impressed with the way Nick and the team were professional and proactive hence why i was happy to use them in 2022

GoogleGreat customer service! Me and my friends spent all together 4 years renting one of the student properties. The people in the house were rotating quite a lot because of the placements and Wright Marshalls delt with it perfectly. They were always available and respond quickly everytime there was any problem or we needed a help. All of us were very happy with their service especially with Kris, she was always understanding, really helpful and flexible with our needs.

GoogleWe a received a professional service from Wright Marshall which was very responsive to any queries we had. Nick Hale gave us a realistic valuation and he was most supportive while setting up the sale. The staff members are all friendly and approachable and very helpful. GoogleGreat team and great experience with them. Good straight forward advice given from the start by Nick and property was advertised with an offer fairly soon after. Although the sale process was very slow and tedious, this was down to solicitors, however the team at Wright Marshal were very helpful during this period in chasing up and assisting in between with updates. Everything you could ask for in an estate agency, and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling in the area. Thank you Nick and team :)

GoogleMy partner and I were debating doing work on our property before putting it on the market. We approached Wright Marshall, Northwich, and Jack Braithwaite came round to discuss our options and offered up suggestions and advice. This was invaluable and made our decision making so much easier. We appointed Wright Marshall on the spot and Jack with the support of the rest of team worked tirelessly to market the property and arrange a weekend of viewings. Jack and Alan conducted the viewings on our behalf and we achieved an offer over the suggested asking price the same week. The superb service didn't end there - Jack and Alan kept us up to date at every stage of the sale and made sure all parties were kept informed. Jack went above and beyond and helped us source an independent solicitor to witness additional paperwork. From beginning to end, Jack and the team exceeded all our expectations and I can't recommend them highly enough.
