GoogleWright Marshall were excellent and I am happy to recommend them fully. They were all helpful and obliging - and they found a purchaser for my house far more quickly than I expected. I am very grateful to them!
Hi Louise. Sorry I haven’t been in touch before now. I’m away currently but Diane had advised me that you had completed. Thank you very much for asking us to assist with the sale. Best wishes. James

GoogleI’ve made multiple purchases in Wright Marshall auctions in recent years, and they’ve gone out of their way to help me find one piece for which I’d been searching for several years. I’m active in a number of auction venues, and I consider Wright Marshall’s customer service to be second to none. Top marks!
Hi Michael, Thanks for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. Regards Peter

GoogleWe chose to market our house with Wright Mashall after a poor experience with another Estate Agent chain. From the start Wright Marshall provided an impeccable service and have been both helpful and professional throughout. They went above and beyond at all points of our sale, ensuring communication channels remained open between all parties.
Morning Emily, Thats a very kind review, thanks very much, we appreciate it. Regards Peter

GoogleA stupendously viewing experience. Although the house was not quite right for us. We found the overall experience very positive. Pete was friendly, honest and informative when providing details. We didn't feel rushed and pushed in to making a decision. Pete actually took the time to talk with us in depth, he offered some very useful advise and even listened to our feedback regarding veiwing the properly. The booking experience was quick, easy and all the relevant information was provided. The follow-up contact continued in its positivity and was not pushing towards a sale. It was an overall great experience and we have no negative imputs. Thank you to all the team at Knutsford. We'd gladly deal with you in the future. Kindest of regards Samantha & Mark
Thank you so much, we appreciate you taking the time to give us this review, we strive to give an excellent service.

GoogleExceptional Service from James, Jane and Diane from start to finish. James came round the day after I called the office and valued the property, he went through all my options thoroughly - within 48 hours the house had been photographed and was online although we already had numerous viewings booked in from their database. We had a round 20 viewings of the house and several offers. Within 1 week of my initial call to the office our house was SSTC (over the asking price). Diane, Jane and James kept us constantly updated on the progress and chased the solicitors trying to ensure a smooth transaction. I am happy to state that we were in our new property within 4 months. Highly recommended.
Hi Kim. Thank you for such a terrific review. Its always great to know that our service is on point and that our clients feel that we have done the best for them. We hope that you are very happy in your new home.

GoogleProfessional, efficient and courteous service from Wright Marshall from start to finish for the sale of our house in Knutsford. James was very professional and knowledgable during the initial consultation and gave us confidence in trusting Wright Marshall. Jane did an excellent, tireless job on our main viewing day and following up on offers. Diane was very efficient in communicating with us and the buyer and keeping us informed at every step of the process. Happy that we chose Wright Marshall and would definitely recommend to others.
Good Morning Nick, Thank you very much for your review, we really do appreciate it. Best of luck in your new home. Regards Peter

GoogleI recently purchased a home through Wright Marshall Knutsford. My experience was nothing less than excellent. Buying, moving can be a very stressful time but I have to say the professional team at this office (particularly Diane and Jane) made the whole process as seamless as humanly possible. I can highly recommend them.
Hi Steven, thank you for your kind words, it was a pleasure working with you. Hope you are really happy in your new home, kind regards Diane

GoogleThey say ‘Divorce’ and ‘Moving House’ are the two most stressful things in life. That must be from people that didn’t have Diane and Jane from Wright Marshall managing their house move. From the moment we saw and offered on our new house, through to the offer, then exchange & completion process, they couldn’t have been more on top of things (solicitors!), or better at managing the buyers/vendors in the chain. Moving house in the context of the current difficult market will always throw up a few challenges but we quickly learned that whilst everything can be plain sailing when things are good, you quickly discover how good your agents really are when you actually need them. Although I was still scarred from my house moving experience 17 years ago, the team at Wright Marshall surpassed all expectations, and then some. Thanks for everything and we absolutely LOVE our new home!
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. We really do appreciate it. Wishing you all the best in your new home. See you around.

GoogleThanks to Wright Marshall we have been able to move into our dream home as they have been nothing but fantastic at selling our property. James was able to visit us swiftly at a time that suited us to provide a valuation for our house. From then, the team have worked hard at sorting out viewings and provided detailed feedback for each one. Everything was arranged to work around our schedule and we really appreciated that. We could always speak to someone on the phone and our emails were always swiftly answered. We would definitely use them again in the future - thank you for all your brilliant work!
Thank you Syme. It’s great to hear that the service was on point and our efforts appreciated. Wishing you all the best for the future. James

GoogleWright Marshall were extremely supportive throughout the purchase of my new home. As well as being professional, Diane genuinely appeared to understand how important my purchase was, nothing too much trouble and kept me informed on every step. A huge thank you!!

GoogleJust recently bought my first home with Wright Marshall and the process of the sale was very smooth and Diane was supportive and knowledgeable for every step of the journey. The one thing I will say is at some points it was slightly frustrating to have a pushy sales approach which was not necessary and did come across rude at times. For example, I received four missed calls back to back followed by an email from Diane's colleague and when asked Why? Received a stern response of simply wanting an update. Additionally, to improve the process of collecting the keys from the office once the sale has completed I would suggest a more personal approach, even as little as a card. I turned up to a sign out sheet for the keys and no "special" feeling.
Hi Ashley Thank you for your feedback. We strive to give 100% service and will look into the points you have raised. All the best in your new property, kind regards Diane
