GoogleMy brother and I faced the daunting task of selling a relative’s house from a distance. We entrusted this task to Louise and her team at Nantwich. We could not have made a wiser decision! Through many ups and downs arising from an unfortunate sad event and a number of buyers who got so close but then backed out at the last minute, Louise kept cheery and smiling and encouraged us to remain as optimistic as she undoubtedly was. Her optimism was well-founded and, as a result of her superb professionalism and sheer dogged determination to sell this property, we got there in the end, at a house sale price which was ‘right’.
Thank you so much Howard for your wonderful comments & 5 star review. We are delighted to have received your comments & to have been able to 'get there in the end'! It was a difficult process for you I know, and for Bob & Pat but I thank you so much for allowing me to provide the assistance you needed, best service possible and for allowing myself & team to serve you. Thank you so much & my personal very best wishes. Louise & team at Nantwich office.

GoogleI have been a contractor for Wright Marshall for some time, serving as a tree and garden care contractor for the lettings department. I have found the staff to be responsive, professional and easy to deal with. Wright Marshall handled all communications with the landlords and arranged for work to commence with no fuss and for invoices to be paid promptly. 5 stars, would work for again.

GoogleThe team were very friendly and helpful throughout. External circumstances in the market changed significantly and hence the sale time was extended compared to our initial expectations. The team, however, kept me informed of the various options during the sale process and advised on next steps without being too pushy. Thanks to James, Diane and Jane for support through this sale.
Thank you Ann. You have been a super client to work for. Best wishes for the future.

GoogleOur experience with Diane at Wright Marshall was very positive in a purchase transaction which was complicated my the vendor being aged and having lived in the property for over 50 years and forgotten many things .Diane liaised between solicitors on both sides to get issues resolved. Excellent
Thanks for the time writing a superb 5 star review
