GoogleI had an extremely positive experience with Wright Marshall especially with Diane who guided me through the intricacies of buying a property---I was a first time buyer and Diane made the whole experience a pleasure not a chore.
Thank you for your great review, it wasn't the easiest of purchases but we got there in the end, all the best !

GoogleI chose Wright Marshall to sell my house in Northwich because of their friendly and informative attitude to my initial enquiry. Although I live in France, their communication throughout was excellent every step of the way. Jack was always ready and willing to help with the things I could not do, like reading the meters, and getting quotes for potential work that needed to be done. He went above and beyond my expectations in guiding me through the process, taking a lot of the stress out what could have been a difficult experience. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. Thank you, Jack!!
Thank you for this glowing review Lynne and I wish you all the very best. Kind regards, Jack

GoogleCheshire Nantwich office Slow to respond, lack of transparency and no communication.
Edward, I'm very sorry you feel the need to provide such a negative review - I understand your concern is with our Cheshire Lettings department so would ask that you remove this review and place it within the correct place? - That said we are presently trying our very best to make sure any issues with your property are addressed and dealt with to your complete satisfaction - apologies again you seem to remain unhappy.
