GoogleSpoke to multiple people in this agency. All stating they accept dss as an agency. This in fact is untrue. They require you have more of an income then what is offered on disability benefits with no option of a guarantor (sorry no reasonable option as you again have to making more then you can.) the only other option they offer is to pay 6 months in advance which you're not allowed to have that much money without reductions. All in all they do not offer what they have said they do and further more wasted 3 days of my life with their subpar workers.

He was there through every email and every phone call and went above and beyond to find me the answers to ALL my questions. I was a fish out of water as a FTB but with Ben helping me understand the process, he kept my nerves at bay. Extra viewings were never a problem. Well all was going well at the redhill department untill I said I was moving out that's when all problems started coming my way from them trying to charge me extra rent for not being there.
Accused of leaving the property a mess when I spent a whole day cleaning the property with someone whos a cleaner by trade
Now saying something is broken when nothing was
When I moved in the place was not tidy I was told no animals lived there previously but found dog toys and hair all over the flat
Water pressure was crap and nothing was sorted I've complained about the built in oven falling out while cooking and again nothing was done
Would never use this company again and I suggest you go somewhere else

GoogleWe fully recommend Woodlands after our (difficult at times) property sale.
They were realistic right from the start and did not promise us the moon in their valuation of the house, neither did they pitch the price we should ask low enough to earn themselves a quick commission as other agents did.
The fee they charged was lower than others but the attention they paid to us could not have been better.
Half-way through our sale the chain was broken and we had to start again, but Woodlands continued to pay us the attention we needed even though by then they were working remotely with us as we had already moved away from the area.
All in all we can say that they priced the house accordingly, marketed the property efficiently and found us a buyer quickly, for a fee lower than others had quoted.
