GoogleThe Woodlands agency have been very helpful in finding me a suitable 2-bed apartment in Redhill. My case was mostly handled by Ms Megan Arnold, and she was truly amazing. She handled all the appointments and dealings with the landlord with true professionalism and honesty. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe selected Woodlands from a shortlist of agents to sell our late Uncle’s property in Horsham as they seemed to have the best knowledge about the local market and researched well around similar properties. The team were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the marketing and sale period. After we frustratingly had a couple of buyers commit and then withdraw for different reasons (no fault of Woodlands) they found a cash buyer with no chain who completed quickly, which was fantastic. Communication was good, especially when it came down to chasing solicitors to finalise the process.

GoogleI had a good experience purchasing my house through Ben at Woodlands Estate agents. He negotiated on my behalf and although it was a slow process (down to the seller) we got there in the end. Ben was responsive to my emails and calls and kept chasing the sellers for me.

GoogleThe whole team on the lettings side in Redhill have been very professional and friendly. Communication via email or just popping in to the office is always simple and clear with the team answering questions very quickly. Having moved from another letting agent to Woodlands on the recommendation of a friend several years ago, in turn I would recommend their services to others. Having now sold the house using the services of the sales team, I can only say the ongoing updates from the team were excellent. Even though dealing with one of the team, I was able to pop in and any of the staff knew who I was and why I was there. I call it good old-fashioned service, but it is teamwork that impressed and made the whole process easy and straightforward.

Beware! They cannot be trusted!! They are good at making false promises, which they never fulfil. They misrepresent properties. They lie, and no transparency! I purchased a property through them, they failed to disclose various repairs required to the property, also failed to disclose the hidden damages! After I got the keys, I found the property in a absolutely filthy dirty condition, with so much rubbish, clutter, empty vapes, used condoms and drugs substances!! Worst of all, the seller left dog poop all over the garden! Surely the estate agents knew about all this, as the estate agent mentioned that seller is a close client of theirs! I chased them up for 2 whole weeks, only got false promises and fobbd off. In the process of taking legal action against the fraudster seller and these estate agents, both equally liable!! read less

GoogleWoodlands Estate Agents in Horsham made the ever-stressful moving process so much easier. They made such an effort to make sure that we could get in to view the flats we were interested in. Our agent, Chris, also helped so much in making sure that the application process moved swiftly and we were able to move in in no time! We have now been renting with them for a year and throughout our tenancy, they have always been available to help with anything! A massive thank you to Chris and the entire team at Woodlands.

GoogleThe lettings team took over management of my flat this year after it was self managed for a while. With the changes in regulation, I felt it was the safest option to be managed by experts. It was a seamless process initially handled by Chris who did an excellent job advising me of the steps to take. It has been in safe hands with the property manager Joe ever since and I have hardly needed to be involved. Wish I had made the decision to use them originally. Would highly recommend.
