GoogleIt was the 2nd time to look for a property to rent in Redhill. Both times Sam Arnold was my agent. Sam is excellent and very efficient. He has been really patient and responsive to any queries that I have. He has also been so understanding about our needs and was very polite and professional each time we go for property viewing. I was very at ease everytime Sam is my agent, I know I'm in good hands. Thank you So Much Sam Arnold.

GoogleWoodlands Team were Amazing in Sale of my flat, which was very complex and took almost 3 years (ncluding COVID) to sell. Stephen Muggeridge, was awesome, chasing and follow up with Buyer and solicitor to get the Sale through, would definitely Recommend them..:)

GoogleDealt with Woodlands for my purchase. Despite long delays on my sale, Woodlands were always on hand to give advice and assist where possible, chasing the various parties for updates. Steve Frank was particularly on point with communication, always being available, while Dave was extremely knowledgeable in explaining a situation that arose that no-one from any company involved had encountered before. Despite solicitors being slow, they expedited this by putting on pressure, even verging on doing my estate agent’s job. Overall I can definitely recommend Woodlands, while at the same time advising everyone to avoid Sterling Ackroyd with a barge pole!

GoogleExcellent advice and constant support from everyone at Woodlands estate agents, they kept me up to date all the time. The sale of my mothers house depended on grant of probate, and woodlands supported and advised me in chasing the solicitor dealing with this, without the help from Woodlands, I am sure the sale would have fallen through, which would have been extremely annoying, for me and the purchaser. I really can not recommend woodlands highly enough.
