TrustpilotOverall very good
Overall, I think the team did a great job selling our house. They’re the best agent locally in my opinion. There were a few mishaps along the way and the communication wasn’t always perfect, but I’d definitely trust them to get you a good buyer for your home in Bow.

TrustpilotOutstanding service - we recently purchased a house through WJ Mead
We recently purchased a house through WJ Mead, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the first viewing to the completion of the sale, they have been professional, personable, honest and transparent across every stage of the process. Billy, our agent, has been outstanding, which is refreshing, having dealt with many estate agents over the last few months. He listened carefully to our requirements, provided valuable impartial advice and guidance, and went the extra mile to ensure we got a home meeting our requirements. Billy's knowledge of the property we were buying has been excellent, and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Billy is incredibly knowledgeable about the local housing market and area and has provided valuable insights that have helped us navigate a stressful and difficult process. What impressed us the most was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the buying process went smoothly. We had a requirement that the process be completed within an 8 to 10 week window, and Billy has been keeping us updated on progress and ensuring that everything was on track. Overall, we have been extremely impressed with the office's level of service, and we highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy a property. We would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Thanks to Michael and Billy who managed the entire process of selling my home from start to finish and delivered on what they said they could achieve. They were pro-active, responsive and communicated with me throughout and kept things moving when they started to stall. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

TrustpilotProfessional service with a personal touch.
WJ Meade priced our property carefully, in close consultation with us, and dealt very professionally with the sale. Through well-organised viewings a large number of potential buyers saw the property in its first week on the market and we were well advised by Meades about who was serious and who wasn't.The person who ultimately bought the property was identified very early on and although the sale process proceeded slowly (through no fault of Meades) they nursed it to completion with the minimum of fuss and a good deal of patience. The commission we paid represented very good value, considering the amount of chasing that had to be done. Our team at Meades consisted of Billy Collins and Michael Whitby, both at the Bow office and both of whom I'd recommend without reservation, if you're looking for an excellent, professional service with a great personal touch.
