GoogleAdam did a thoroughly professional and helpful job in helping me to find a buyer and very efficiently got me offers. Within a week of my property being on the market with WJ Meade, he got me an offer after a previously poor experience with another local estate agent who managed only five viewings and zero offers in two months. I decided to go with WJ Meade as I told Adam about my struggles so far and he was happy to take over. We have a family history of positive experiences with other WJ Meade branches in Walthamstow when buying and selling, and they got us a result again! Adam remained a professional and calming influence throughout the transaction and was always available for support and encouragement through the ups and downs which are very common when buying and selling in a chain. He's a very friendly agent and his knowledge and experience shone through when helping us. All the best Adam and the team and thank you for all your help in helping us take our next step on the property ladder, I'll always be happy to recommend your services.

GooglePurchased a flat through WJ Meade, everything went smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Adam who dealt with all my queries with no hesitation and made the process so much less stressful, an absolute asset to the team. Would 100% recommend and will not hesitate to use again. Nick

TrustpilotThere’s no greater recommendation than constant repeat business
We’ve been working with WJ Meade for decades. We’ve always bought property through them, and they let and manage our rental property too. Am not surprised at their excellent ratings, as they know the area incredibly well, and unlike many estate agents they don’t churn their staff constantly so you manage to build up a solid rapport with the team. We’ve been on great terms with Michael and Haris for years, and more recently have enjoyed working with Billy, Georgia, and Karolina. Great people, high quality firm - can't ask for much more.

Billy was a marvel, he treated the tenants so well and also negotiated a rent raise to help cover the increase in mortgage costs.

TrustpilotExcellent professional and efficient service
Michael Whitby gave unbiased and honest advice when I asked him to evaluate my property. Based on my discussions with him I selected WJ Meade as the sole agent for selling my flat. Michael and his team, Billy Collins and Oliver Keers, did a great job throughout the whole process and I can only highly recommend them for their professionalism and their excellent service.
