Michael and his team exceeded my expectations. WJ Meade were recommended to me, and I was so glad they were. Helpful, knowledgeable and above and beyond. My flat sold quickly, they helped me so much due to my disability, listened to me, advised me, couldn’t ask for better. Professional local service makes all the difference.

What a breath of fresh air WJ Meade Bow are! From arranging a viewing all the way through to completing our house purchase they were exceptional. Billy was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when it came to arranging viewings, the property itself and the buyer's position. Unlike so many estate agents, communication with everyone at the office was excellent. Once our offer was accepted Michael dealt with the sale and again was super helpful, without him the solicitors on each side would no doubt still be going through their motions! We're thrilled with our new home but when we come to sell I have no question about who to put it on the market with. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotGreat comms and transparency
Working with Billy and Michael at WJ Meade was a pleasure. Billy first showed us around the property and then we engaged mainly with Michael, who was very friendly, communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. We had lots of questions for the vendor and some to and fro during negotiations, Michael provided us with lots of support and was very helpful, it made our first house purchase a painless experience.Would highly recommend, many thanks Mike & Daria

GoogleI’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Damien Scott (assisted by Francesca) from W J Meade. My mother (75) needed to find urgent accommodation, with specific requirements. Damian went out of his way to secure a fantastic place for her in no time. The care and understanding through the process was fantastic. They facilitated all the admin etc for her to do it calmly and with cero stress. The property she is renting through WJ Meade is impecable as Damien told us it would be.She is very happy there! Thank you Damien

TrustpilotMeade's as letting agents
I have just transferred the letting of my flat to Meade's . My previous agent let me down very badly.Billy at Meade's has been absolutely fantastic, within the space of a week he has sorted everything out with the greatest of skill and professionalism, nothing was too much trouble. I have complete confidence in them going forward. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and wish I had found them years ago.

Haris and Kaya were so great. Plenty of communication every step of the way. HomeLet made the process a bit slower than desired, but Kaya was brilliant dealing with the situation. Many thanks guys:)
