We chose Meade as they had a good sales record for our type of property and have a long history in our area. This proved to be correct and our house sold STC within 4 weeks. The team were actually delightful to work with. Always upbeat, on time, responding when they said they would. They seem to understand us and our buyers needs well and it all felt very kind and responsive. Great facilitators and a reassuring team to work with. Also no blagging or bs. I would definitely recommend.

We were really impressed by the staff and service at WJ Meade from start to finish. They know the local market exceptionally well, and brought in plenty of viewings before we accepted an offer. Michael in particular was brilliant, supporting both us and a nervous buyer throughout the process and doing everything he could to support us to get the sale over the line. Chris and George were both very knowledgeable and were quickly able to assist with any questions I had so I could move forward, and correspondence was very quick so all good there too. Have only just put the property on the Market, so have yet to see how that goes. I bought my flat through the same office years ago so have faith in them. When I contacted them recently and was put in touch with Chris, he was very knowledgeable about my area and my style of flat and we could tell he was passionate about selling and very keen to help, so hoping all goes as hoped.
