GoogleWe are simply over the moon with WJ Meade and particularly with Adam! We submitted our offer straightaway after he showed the property through videoconference and it was accepted and taken off the market the morning after. He was really responsive and gave us a lot of advice about the area and the property itself after all his experience having sold similar properties in the area before. The best thing is, it took us just 5 weeks to complete! Again, top work for the whole AJ Meade team and in particular to Adam.

Billy was a friendly, respectful agent who was not at all pushy (as others we'd previously experienced), nor did he rush us at the viewings and has been accommodating whilst prompt at responding to any questions we had. The purchasing experience was also professional - Michael was efficient, quick at responding to emails and helped the process to run as smoothly as possible. Estate Agents are often given a bad name but these guys have proven that to be incorrect. I'd have no hesitation in recommending WJ Meade to any buyer or seller.

TrustpilotNot great, from renting POV
From a renter's POV: the estate agent looking after my flat has always taken too long to respond to emails (if at all) and sometimes doesn't read the emails properly. I often have to chase them up on requests. It's a shame because interactions with the other estate agents have been fine.
