We sold our flat through WJ Meade and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They have been honest, trustworthy, friendly and professional. Particularly Michael and Billy who have been amazing throughout. They supported the buyer well to ensure that the sale went through in a turbulent market and answered all our and their questions thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

WJ Meade were the agent when I bought the flat and have been the letting agent since I moved out nearly ten years ago. I’ve always found them very professional, on top of all the issues and responsive and friendly.

Googlestay away. You try very hard to get information. They don't return phones. They do not provide information about the process. they don't keep their word. do not trust them. We made two office visits, made dozens of phone calls. conclusion; lost times. They are far from professional. constant bullshit…

I the past I've not had a great experience with estate agents so was pleasantly surprised using WJ Meade. The team were friendly and helpful - even offering to help me move furniture about to improve my sale chances on one occasion. They worked hard on our behalf and gave good advice. Amazing customer service from Michael, the Branch Manager at Mile End, through the entire buying process. From the initial pre-offer correspondence, to granting us access to the property on such short notice, to keeping us updated and pushing things forward towards completion. Super happy with the exceptional and professional service we were provided. Highly recommended.

We used WJ Meade for both sale and purchase. Billy helped us find our new home and was great- very friendly and helpful, excellent local knowledge, and very professional through the negotiation process. Michael Whitby then worked on getting the sale and purchase over the line and really went above and beyond to make it happen, in a particularly challenging market and with a number of difficulties along the way. I really can’t speak highly enough of what a great job he did in pushing things forward- his diligence and resourcefulness was a perfect example of how good estate agents really are worth their weight in gold. Now sitting in our new house and couldn’t be happier.
