TrustpilotVery friendly and helpful
Billy and Ollie were both very friendly and helpful. Billy was great over the phone, sending properties we would actually be interested in (and were appropriate to our budget) and Ollie was very friendly showing us around. We didn't feel at all rushed or pressured into a decision and they have both explained everything brilliantly (we are first time buyers). Billy had sorted our offer within a few hours on a Friday night! Could not recommend more if looking to buy in east London.

TrustpilotGood attitude!
I like Adam's (the agents) down to earth, and what appears to be, honest manner in the face of being bombarded with questions re some agents dishonesty!

TrustpilotWorked well in a tricky situation
Overall very happy with the outcome and level of service provided. There were a few unexpected delays due to there being a chain of several links. However the estate agents were reassuring and kept me in the loop. Will definitely go back with them if I have the chance.

TrustpilotSuperb professional staff!
I worked with a lovely member of staff called Katie Porter-Windley. Throughout the process, her communication was fast, clear, helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me when I had queries or problems. Because of her, I’d strongly recommend WJ Meade to others.

TrustpilotYou can purchase and move-in within two months!!! :)
I am a first-time buyer and if time is a very critical factor for you to purchase a flat, then Billy and Michael at WJ Meade Bow will make it happen!!! :)The first time I visited the flat after getting an email from Billy for viewing, it met all my specs on the list. Time was an issue for me and I mentioned my concerns to Billy who made sure that the process will be as fast as possible so we can meet the time set for the move-in.I visited the flat on the 8th of July for the first time and got my keys to move in 7th of September!!! :)Yes, it is possible to visit, purchase and move in within 2 months!!! Of course, this would not have been possible without Billy and Michael who have put so much effort into this whole process to make it as smooth as possible for me. You can be reassured that even if an employee is away, Michael will make sure to follow up and provide quick assistance to you.The team has been phenomenal and their level of service is second to none from viewing, during the purchase process, chasing for information from third parties, and liaising with solicitors and the vendor and mortgage brokers.I am so thankful to Billy and Michael. You are the best!!!I would highly recommend them at WJ Meade BowDevina

TrustpilotExcellent
Everyone at WJ Meade has been a pleasure to deal with, can't recommend them highly enough. I have been through the rental process many times, and this is by far the best and most seamless service I have had. Haris helped us find a flat in the hardest time in the world to rent a flat in London and Katie made the whole admin process completely pain free and seamless.
