GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Stephanie in after sales. We hadn’t instructed W&D, but purchased a house they were the agents for. Despite not being their direct client, we received a superb level of service with constant updates and someone to discuss issues with when solicitors were slowing things down. As above, Stephanie was outstanding and was on top of all parties when needed. Would highly recommend W&D.

GoogleI have just sold my house through W&D Hockley. They were amazing. We were having issues with the very bottom of the chain but Paul Dunne went above and beyond to pull it together. There were times when we considered pulling out of the sale because it was becoming so stressful but Paul was brilliant, he took over liaising with all the parties involved and took the stress away from us. I can't thank Paul enough for making this happen so that we could move into our lovely new home. Thanks again Paul x

GoogleI was booked in for a secondary viewing today at 17:30, however was told at 16:30 that the viewing was cancelled as the property was sold for under the asking price. Feel bad for the seller as we were looking to submit an offer for the full asking price!

GoogleBest Estate Agent to use in Benfleet! I couldn't have hoped for a better service from Williams and Donovan's Benfleet office recently. Not only did they sell my property really quickly after it hit the market (and to lovely buyers too) they did everything in their power to help me find my new home (including chasing up other unresponsive agents in the area). Our chain had some complications leading up towards exchange and the team did everything possible to help get us over the line to complete on time, I can't thank them enough for this, had it not been for all of their efforts in chasing around we probably would not have completed on time! Everyone you speak to at Williams and Donovan are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, considerate and efficient. They always answer the phones, respond promptly to emails and with great customer care to boot. I cannot in any way fault the service I received in both selling and buying. Highly recommended!
