Absolutely disgusting we had to sell our 3 bedroom house and move my children out of out house because of tenants next door to us who are under william and donovan refusing to get them out. Even though we had enough police records and also lots of records of the tenants and a abatement order from the council. They would not get there tenants out just because they were paying the rent. Kayleigh the letting manager who is at the hockley branch. Is very rude and to be honest unqualified to do her job. As this had been going on for years the bullying, parties music all day every day and apparently they lost all reports made by anyone about there tenants. Also we were not the only ones to move out due to this. All they care about is money and keeping landlords happy which is a disgusting. I hope the highest manager of william and donovan see this because something should be done about it.

We cannot recommend Williams & Donovan enough! If you are thinking of selling (or buying) your home, I suggest you give these guys a call. From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing - professional, friendly and always willing to help - nothing was ever too much trouble. We used the Benfleet Branch and dealt with Darren (Branch Manager) initially and then Denise (Sales) and Stephanie (After Sales) and all of them were fantastic - super friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy in the slightest and the communication was excellent throughout the whole process. After finally exchanging on what was a bit of a stress at the end, Stephanie was a godsend and I can't thank her enough for her help and professionalism. Lovely team to work with and we would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

We sold our first house through Williams & Donovan (Hockley) and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough! I organised for a few estate agents to come and value our house. As soon as Mark Toomey walked through our door I knew we were in safe hands. Mark was fantastic, I had never sold a house before and he put me completely at ease. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, Mark came across as a real human being who had been in my shoes before and understood my worries and concerns. No question or ask was too big or too small, his wisdom and expertise shone through. We were lucky enough to sell quite quickly and Mark handed us over to Paul Dunne in the After Sales Team, but was still on hand to answer a number of my questions including helping with friendly advice and recommendations. Paul was a gift from the gods! Our purchase journey was not easy. We had an offer accepted quite quickly but fast forward 6 months and we were still no clearer on whether the purchase would happen or not. Our now home was being sold by a different estate agent, who were not as proactive lets say, but Paul was on top of everything. We needed to complete before the stamp duty changes at the end of March otherwise our chain fell through. Paul was chasing everyone- all the solicitors in the chain, the estate agents, our buyers. It was the most stressful few weeks where we went from zero to 100mph and Paul honestly was worth his weight in gold!! At the 11th hour, everything nearly fell apart but Paul wrapped his arms around it and whilst I was having kittens I fully trusted in Paul, he was proactive, kept me updated and wasn't afraid to push parties when needed. I genuinely believe our exchange would not have happened had it not been for Paul's involvement. It was quite a journey for us to move house but Williams and Donovan were fantastic every step of the way. Thank you Mark, Paul and all the team for all you did to get us into our new home!

From the initial valuation to completion, they were always there to support us and give advice. The details of our property were of excellent quality and the drone pictures were a great addition, which we believe helped to sell our property. Stephanie, who deals with after sales was amazing, going above & beyond! She repeatedly chased the solicitors and agents throughout the chain and kept us constantly updated.
