We initially used another local estate agent and hadn't sold in 9 months. After 4 days of being on the market with Williams and Donovan we'd sold! Communication has been 1st class throughout. We always got feedback about viewings without having to ask. After selling the team were always one step ahead of the solicitors, and gave us helpful information to assist with the exchange and completion process.
Couldn't be happier with the service and would use them again :D

GoogleI have overall been really pleased with the whole process but have to call out Stephanie Jones in after sales. She has been amazing and gone far and beyond what you would expect an estate agent would have to do continually chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain that just can't communicate.
Worth using Williams and Donovan just for Stephanie to look after the sale.

GoogleWilliams and Donovan were amazing from the moment they valued my home through to the completion. At first we had James Whyte visit us to value our home and discuss how W&D could help us. He presented us with statistical information but you could also see the confidence and enthusiasm he had about wanting to sell our property. Hands down they had the best approach to working with us and this has showed throughout our time with W&D. After selling and finding somewhere to purchase we were handed over to Paul D, we have not been disappointed. The continued level of service throughout this business has been excellent. We have had a tricky time with our buyers solicitor to say the least and at every step of the way Paul has been there to push this along, or try to assist in whatever way possible. I have been frustrated at times and Paul has been there to understand.
I would seriously consider who sell your property with because it makes a difference! This service was above and beyond - I couldn't ask more from the team. You won't regret instructing the W&D team to assist you through this process. Thank you to their team, Amy and Alex :)

Lloyd valued my house and took the amazing photos and drone pictures. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and listened to my situation, I never felt rushed like I had done with other estate agents. Within one week I had 11 viewers and accepted an offer by the end of that week. From that point onwards I dealt with Darren, Denise, Anita and Stephanie. Each one of them helped answer my questions and concerns, usually with a little laugh along the way. Selling a house is so stressful and everyone at W&D made it as pain free as possible. I want to add an additional thank you to Stephanie, who worked really hard to secure our exchange and completion dates, she always responded to emails quickly, no matter what the day or time was!
