GoogleWilliams & Donovan were fantastic with helping us buy our first home. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole purchase and were always quick to respond if I had a query. Would absolutely recommend the staff at the Benfleet office for others to use.

GoogleAbsolute joke, rented through them and absolutely terrible TERRIBLE communication through phone or email, they never seem to be in and leave early so if you drive all the way down there they may not even be in. Don't care about tenants just follow the money and always seem so moody as well, don't expect much from them and if your a landlord look elsewhere. Staff need firing or training. Go elsewhere.

I have found that Lloyd's valuations are incredibly accurate and has given great knowledgable advice on how to maximise the value of my properties. They have constantly kept me updated on progress and work extremely hard to chase any outstanding matters. They have been a pleasure to deal with and come highly recommended!

GoogleI sold my house through Williams & Donovan in October 2015. What an amazing team of people. Great customer service, always returned my calls within minutes and were happy to also help with my search to buy a house. Evenings & weekend viewings were not an issue at all. I mainly spoke to Lynn, Lloyd and Jo who were all equally kind, efficient and caring. Fantastic service from a great team. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWilliams and Donovan worked tirelessly every day and, without question, gave some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Cannot recommend them enough, especially the wonderful Lloyd. Ian and his team were a real delight and sold our house first time, every time. I say 'every time' as we sold our house to the first people that walked in the door each time someone else dropped out due to financial backing falling through or other reasons beyond our control. W&D were a true support when the sellers kept backing out and never gave up on us. Fantastic, and thank you W&D for your help.
