GoogleWe recently used Williams and Donovan to sell our property, and also ended up purchasing our new home with them. We decided to go with Williams and Donovan to list our property because they were very honest in their valuation of our property and took time to explain the importance of not over valuing the property as other estate agents we looked at had, and also the statistics they have in selling properties in the area were way above the rest of their competitors. They were very helpful throughout the Sales process calling us to provide feedback on viewings promptly, and arranging them at our convenience. Once our property had sold we were looking for a new home to buy. Just like with the Sales they were able to organise viewings of properties for us to buy in a professional manner. When we found our home and had our offer accepted, Paul and his team did an exceptional job of managing the chain and providing updates from all sides. Thanks Paul and the rest of the team for helping us find our new home.

GoogleWe have just purchased our first home and we have to say Williams and Donovan have been fantastic! Paul has been absolutely brilliant, chasing our sellers solicitors, keeping us informed and being a genuinely lovely man! He has gone above and beyond for us the whole way through and we cannot thank him enough for his efforts! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Paul to anyone! Paul if you see this pop round for a cuppa you'd be more than welcome!

GoogleA very big THANK YOU to Paul and the team at the Hockley branch!! To say that this process has been a journey is an understatement, we’ve had up’s and downs but Paul has been a god send throughout keeping all in the chain including solicitors up to speed with what was going on, we thankfully exchanged today after what seemed like a lifetime!!!!! Yippee!!!!! The team were friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely recommend using them for buying/selling. Keep up the great work guys!!! 🤗

GoogleWe Sold our house with Benfleet branch, and ended up buying from them too! The guys were really good, from Lloyd seeing us originally and getting the house on the market, to Lynn being on it chasing up the chain (in particular one of the Solicitors). The house sold very quickly, and the fact they were sensible with the valuation certainly helped. Some EAs we had round were promising to get silly money for the house, desperate to get the sale (and in some cases the corresponding high cut they wanted) - but I didn't see the point if we ended up putting down the price again and again till it sold, something that's fairly obvious when you look at Rightmove. The main thing that I liked though - Was the office knew us and we could just pick up the phone and call them for any problems. Cheers guys, Dave and Kerry

GoogleCould not recommend highly enough - we purchased a property from them and they kept us updated every week throughout the entire process without chasing. Every question, however small, was answered quickly and without confusing us further. Paul and Denise have been amazing and helped the process go as smoothly as possible. We dealt primarily with Paul who was always helpful and friendly and good-humored which really helped during a stressful time. When going through the stage of making offers on a property, Mark was in no way pushy and was advising me on the vendors interests and kept excellent communication. The process of purchasing and completion was handled by Lynn, who was a refreshing voice to hear when trying to deal with my atrocious solicitors, and who ended up doing a lot of their leg work. Williams and Donovan went above and beyond for both myself and the vendor, and as I sit surrounded by cardboard boxes I can't think of anything they could have done better.

GoogleWe would highly recommend the team at William & Donovan Hockley. They have been more than amazing with the purchase of the house. Always happy to help, answer any questions we had and went above and beyond. Wish we could have used them for the sale of our property too. We worked closely with Denise who knows her stuff, was efficient and always very friendly. She made everything as easy as it could have been and we can't thank her enough for all the work she put in for us. Chloe was always very polite, professional and was a pleasure to talk to.
