GoogleCould not recommend highly enough - we purchased a property from them and they kept us updated every week throughout the entire process without chasing. Every question, however small, was answered quickly and without confusing us further. Paul and Denise have been amazing and helped the process go as smoothly as possible. Above and beyond is all we can say. Thank you both so much.

GoogleI recently bought a house through Williams and Donovan, and their service on both the offer and completion side of things was perfect. When going through the stage of making offers on a property, Mark was in no way pushy and was advising me on the vendors interests and kept excellent communication. The process of purchasing and completion was handled by Lynn, who was a refreshing voice to hear when trying to deal with my atrocious solicitors, and who ended up doing a lot of their leg work. Williams and Donovan went above and beyond for both myself and the vendor, and as I sit surrounded by cardboard boxes I can't think of anything they could have done better.

GoogleBrilliant firm, we have bought, sold and rented through them. Paul in the Benfleet office has been renting out our house for us for 3 years now and we don,t have anything to do with it. He does everything, collects the rent, repairs the building, arranges viewings, everything. We couldn't be happier with them.

All the staff were great from start to finish in chasing and getting our chain all complete in 10 weeks with Xmas in between. They recommended there morgage broker who was great too. Highly recommended x

GoogleThe team at Williams and Donovan have been superb. We first contacted Mark to arrange a viewing of a new build over Christmas/New Year. Despite it being the holidays, he promptly arranged a time for my wife and I to view the property. Although it wasn't for us, we spoke about putting our home on the market and Mark again quickly arranged for Darren to visit to value the home and offer guidance on our next steps. Darren took some brilliant photos and promptly uploaded to RightMove. Within 24 hours we had several viewings lined up, and within 4 days our property was sold! James obviously did a great job when showing potential buyers around. Lynn kept us regularly informed when offers came in, and helped us consider counter offers and conclude everything quickly. We can't thank the whole team enough for how smoothly this has all been!

Googlereally good, whoever you spoke to gave you gave you the answers to whatever questions you asked, approachable, even though the move had problems they managed to keep the stress to a minimum, if I were to move again I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe would highly recommend the team at William & Donovan Hockley. They have been beyond amazing with the purchase of the house. Always happy to help and answer any questions we had and went above and beyond, keeping in touch with us and our conveyancer We worked closely with Paul who is evidently highly experienced, was efficient and always very friendly. He made everything as easy as it could have been and we can't thank him enough for all the work he put in for us. Keeping things moving and getting stuff done. Denise was also always very polite, professional and was always able to answer the phone when needed. All in all cannot fault this team who played a big part in reducing the whole stress of moving. The flowers they gave us when we picked up the keys were also a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

GoogleWilliam's and Donovan were amazing throughout our time selling our house with them. They kept us well informed throughout the process and managed to find us a buyer really quickly. They also recommended a brilliant mortgage provider so the whole process was pretty straight forward and stress free- not usually the case when buying and selling! Cant reccomend enough.

GoogleWe recently used Williams and Donovan to sell our property, and also ended up purchasing our new home with them. We decided to go with Williams and Donovan to list our property because they were very honest in their valuation of our property and took time to explain the importance of not over valuing the property as other estate agents we looked at had, and also the statistics they have in selling properties in the area were way above the rest of their competitors. They were very helpful throughout the Sales process calling us to provide feedback on viewings promptly, and arranging them at our convenience. Once our property had sold we were looking for a new home to buy. Just like with the Sales they were able to organise viewings of properties for us to buy in a professional manner. When we found our home and had our offer accepted, Paul and his team did an exceptional job of managing the chain and providing updates from all sides. Thanks Paul and the rest of the team for helping us find our new home.
