GoogleExcellent team, excellent communication and a tireless work ethic. They went an extra ten miles for us in seeing the process through. Having bought through them ten years ago and sold through them during a pandemic, we can highly recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleA couple of months ago my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of Lorraine looking after us, step by step to help us through our applications and the move. Nothing was ever to much to ask and our entire experience with any member of Williams and Donovan was excellent. Even the numerous times we called Sales instead of lettings by mistake, they were always polite and helpful. My mum rents a property via the Benfleet office and agree's they are all lovely there too. Highly recommend. Thank you for all the assistance and no doubt in the future. Lorraine you are magical!

GoogleWilliams and Donovan are by far the most professional, efficient and responsive agents I have come across. They understand the emotional investment you are making and they support you as much as they can to get things through smoothly. They know what to do when stumbling blocks occur and deal with it straight away. All in all I wouldn't go with any other agent, I trust them to get the job done, while keeping you sane!

GoogleWe can’t thank the team at Williams and Donovan enough for helping us find our dream home. It was a long process from viewing the house in January and then the chain have different issues along the way. Without the help of Paul and Denise chasing the chain every hour of every day it would have never have gone through. They were all so supportive from start to finish and we would highly recommend!

He answered the many questions I had in a clear and understanding manner and was able to give excellent knowledge about the current markets and properties surrounding the area too. Thank you for helping me Tom it is truly appreciated and thank you to Williams and Donovan. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWilliams and Donovan were entrusted to sell my late mother's property. I have to say they were exceptional from start to finish. They provided an accurate initial valuation, attracted many potential buyers, and kept me fully informed throughout the process.

GoogleFriendly, professional and very efficient. All very positive from me. From our initial introduction to property sale, I was kept up to date with an excellent level of communication. Many thanks to Mark Toomey who was my main point of contact but everyone I dealt with was professional and understanding. Thank you!

Hi David, I'm sorry that you felt that the lady you spoke to wasn't interested. We are experiencing an unusually high demand for rental properties and the property you enquired about had already been let. We do care, and if we get anything else please do get in touch and we will do our best to help you find a property.

GoogleI cannot fault the agents Williams & Donovan. They were always available to give any help and advise on selling my home. I was always given feedback from all viewings so you were not left wondering. Once sold I dealt with Lynn who kept me up to date with regular updates on the progression of the chain and was on the ball to keep things moving. I would highly recommend all at W&D.

GoogleWe've just completed our house move and Williams and Donovan were fantastic from start to finish. Whilst our property was on the market they kept us up to date with progress and discussed different options clearly that led to us selling in just over 4 weeks. The sales progression was excellent with Lynn being a great help in chasing those that needed chasing when it was needed to get things moving. Would highly recommended them as we are very pleased with the service we received.
Hi Dave, thank you for your kind words! We were very pleased to be able to get you and Sarah sold and are delighted that we lived up to your expectations.

GoogleAfter 25 years in Benfleet I decided to move to be nearer my family. I did some research and found Williams and Dovovan had the best reviews so I went with them. It was a difficult time because Covid 19 intervened and everything came to a standstill at one point. Williams and Dovovan went above and beyond to keep me informed of news relating to my conveyancing and even found me a new solicitor when my old one decided not to do conveyancing anymore after the lockdown ended. I would thoroughly recommend this company because they really go that extra mile and thoroughly deserve the excellent reputation they have.
Hi Bonny, thank you for such a superb review, which fully appreciates the complexities of the current day situation!

GoogleI have used Williams and Donovan Hockley branch many times over the years and always found the staff to be helpful and professional. I recently sold a property through them and as always, have only good things to say about how they looked after me. I didn't have to contact them at all as they kept me up to date with everything that was happening at all times, right through to completion. Thank you !!!

GoogleDespite challenges with Lockdown, COVID and our purchase going into probate through all of it, the team at W&D kept us informed, and worked very hard to get all parties in the chain aligned and working towards the same goal - completion. Super impressed with their service and dedication, would absolutely recommend them again.
Hi Jon, many thanks for taking the time to leave us such a great review for your sale and onward purchase - it was a journey but we got there in the end! Best wishes to you and Amber.

GoogleThankyou to all the staff at the Hockley branch for all their help and guidance in selling our property and helping us to find our dream home. From the first day when they came to value our property, through to completion day, they have been amazing. All the staff are very knowledgeable and their experience is very clear to see. The whole process was stress free and Tom, Paul and the team kept us informed throughout. Thankyou so much for your help. We highly recommend Williams & Donovan for all your selling and moving needs!
