GoogleWe asked RightMove for a valuation and met with five local Estate Agents, all of whom visited and appraised our property. 4/5 gave valuations of a similar level the other was much lower. This showed the importance of getting a balanced view but can take up unnecessary time. We had four to choose from and it was not an easy decision - we went with W&D and would highly recommend them to you. Lloyd, knew his stuff and appreciated the extra things we had installed and how they would affect the valuation compared to other 3-Bed semis. W&D have a great reputation locally (read the reviews!) so were were happy to go with them. By all means have a couple of valuations, but W&D were spot on and confident they could sell our home quickly - 4 days after going online we accepted an asking price offer. The whole team are professional, they know their stuff and you get full value for your money. We couldn't be happier with the way the process went from start to finish. GoogleWhat an amazing team!! They have supported me though every step of the process. Not only completing viewings, but phone calls of encouragement and support when things weren't going to plan. Leasing with solicitors and buyer to ensure everything when as smooth as possible. I'm going to miss you guys xx

GoogleI cannot praise Williams & Donovan enough for all that they have done to help us with our house move. There have been lots of hold-ups and issues with our chain and I can honestly say without Denise and Paul ensuring things kept moving, there is a good chance that the move would have not gone through. I particularly have to thank Denise who made sure we were always well informed and, no matter how stressed we were and no matter how many times I called, she was always the friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone.

GoogleThose guys are 100% professionals and won't leave you with your problems alone. They are compassionate and can understand your needs and problems and would give 300% from themselves to help you. They helped me a lot when I was moving my family to the UK during COVID lockdown.
