Honestly the best estate agents i have ever dealt with, they are so helpful and if there is a problem they organise getting it sorted out straight away and which is the most important thing for me is they always get back to me, if I call or email I will get a response, which other estate agents in the past have not done.... very happy with the service they provide... Today 15th November I had to call Williams & Donovan because I had NO hot water. I spoke to Lily at about 9 am who was very professional & polite. She told me she would sort this out for me & call me back. Lily called me & told me someone will be round at 3pm. Steve turned up at 3 did the job professionally & cleaned & tidied up after himself. I was really impressed with the service I received from both Lily & Steve so much so that I wanted to leave this review. This is the second time we have used Williams & Donovan in Hockley and once again they did not disappoint. Paul & Denise are fantastic.
