GoogleI just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Williams and Donovan and in particular to Denise Gibb. We had really been struggling to arrange viewings, let alone secure a property but Denise was so professional, quick at responding and able to find us the perfect home. She knew exactly what we were looking for and kept us informed of new properties coming to market, ensuring we got a look in. We feel that without Denise's help, we would not have been able to find our property and been able to move in as quickly as we did. It only took 8 weeks from having the viewing to getting the keys. Nothing was found to be too much trouble. Lynn and Lloyd were exceptional and I would highly recommend the Benfleet office to anyone wishing a good, honest and reasonably priced service.

GoogleWell what can I say. Been on a journey with all the guys at W@D. First selling my partners then mine and couldn't fault the service or the staff . Remained in communication throughout always responsive and going the extra mile. Can't single any one out but will do Mark answering the phones, organising the viewings, Darren top photo's and Lynne who helped pull it through when it started to fall apart as 7 in the chain. GoogleI would like to echo the many other glowing reviews of Williams & Donovan, Benfleet office. I truly cannot praise my overall experience with them any more highly- from the initial phone call to the goodbye card- the service has been highly diligent, caring, professional & transparent. After much research and deliberation, I followed my gut and chose W&D as the estate agents to sell my property. All of my interactions with the friendly staff was positive and courteous. I think I ended up speaking with everyone in the office at some point: all were kind, prompt, well-informed & sincere. As this was my first time selling a property, I am genuinely glad I chose W&D especially as I didn't fully appreciate how stressful it can be and the peace of mind that came with feeling as though I had a great team supporting the whole process- there is so much that can go wrong! I give my full recommendation to Williams & Donovan, and cannot thank the whole team enough for helping to ensure that my sale and purchase were as smooth (& stress-free!) as possible.
