GoogleAdrian and the team have been outstanding in conducting the sale of my late mum’s home. From the outset they were very helpful, thoughtful, considerate and not the least pushy. Adrian valued the property and talked us through the sale process at length, describing market conditions and setting out a proposed schedule week by week. These are knowledgeable, unassuming, professional people who go to a great deal of trouble and do their best for their clients. There are no hidden costs, somebody is always available to help and despite being busy people they give their full attention to whatever issue has cropped up. These guys managed to get over 40 interested people to view the house and we received several offers as a result. Adrian helped us through negotiations, advised us on the best course of action and stayed in touch when others could easily have left us on the back burner. From start to finish Adrian was much more than an estate agent. My mum’s house, and her story mattered to him a good deal and he seemed genuinely touched by her history living in the place. This attention to detail and personal engagement goes well beyond the call of duty. Moreover when we rang out of the blue the team were quickly up to speed no matter whom we talked to in the office. I have no hesitation in commending William Rose because they will look after you as well as sell your house.

GoogleAs an estate agent that works out of the area myself, I done some research on the local estate agents to instruct the most suitable one for my property that can handle everything and I came across Gok who was extremely approachable and was always happy to help with enquiries. He found me the best possible tenants within 3 days and was able to provide full reference reports with all the details I needed to know my tenants. I would highly recommend him to all landlords! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleI’ve just bought a house being sold by WR Woodford Green. They were amazing from start to finish. From the initial visit, it was clear that Jake had taken the time to really get to know the property and the owner. As soon as the offer was accepted, the process was incredibly smooth and a lot of this was down to the hard work of Jake and the team - providing regular updates and chasers where needed! Overall, it was a fantastic service and I’d definitely use them in future!

Gok was very helpful throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with, him and the team we very good at getting things pushed over the line. Gok and Sean kept calm and continued to provide informative updates on both the sale and purchase as things progress. It was really appreciated. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Complex chains can become extremely tricky to overcome but if you have these guys in your corner you’re in safe hands. Jay and Adrian are both highly experienced agents who know what they’re doing, astute, caring and honest business people and they produce results.
