I have to thank William Rose Estates for their Amazing services in making sure I would secure the property I wanted!! Specially Gokan. A lovely young man who on the day of our viewing, was warm, lovely and kind. They as a team were very understanding of my circumstances along with the landlord and waited till I was able to move. For that, I am eternally grateful. GoogleThe agent didn't turn up for a viewing booked in for 12 pm. I called the agency and he made up.a story about the viewing being for 11am. I didn't receive any email confirmation or text saying it was for 11am. The agent didn't even bother calling.me when he was at the property at 11, you would think I would receive a call at 11 from the agent asking if I was on my way🤔 I think I will stay away from this agency.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
