GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending William Rose estate agents. When selling our late father’s house we had a complicated sale for reasons entirely beyond their control however their support was essential to navigate through the challenges and progressing the sale.
We had a single point of contact Ben throughout who helped through difficult circumstances when problems arouse on several occasions. Without his expert judgement, negotiating skills and advice we would not have been able to achieve the sale.
The valuation they provided was correct as was their appraisal of how to market the property given it’s particular merits in the local market. Their photos were good as was their marketing pack introducing buyers to the house and the process of viewings was very well handled.
We had problems arise during the sale process with our solicitors and Ben was able to help us find an alternative able to deal with the issues at short notice. His local contacts also proved invaluable for a number of other issues.
Even though our sale had many difficulties we felt confident that William Rose were able to deal with these acting on our behalf and so I recommend them to others.
