GoogleWe are currently in the process of buying a property and have had a truly exceptional service with Jake Latch. He has been responsive, helpful and honest throughout the process. As first time buyers we have relied upon the expertise and knowledge of Jake who has helped make the stressful process as easy as possible. Any concerns or questions have been answered promptly and with respect when our gaps in lack of knowledge surface. Although we still have to complete the process, I am happy to recommend William Rose and Jake Latch in particular.

GoogleI cannot recommend William Rose Estate Agents highly enough, especially Tyshani Williams, who managed the sale of my property from start to finish. From the outset, Tyshani was professional, friendly, approachable, and always available whenever I needed her. She consistently went above and beyond and never had the typical “estate agent” attitude. We had an issue with tenants remaining in the property after their notice period, and although William Rose were not the letting agents, Tyshani still took the time to speak with them, stay in contact, and even help explore alternative accommodation options. This really showed her care and commitment to everyone involved. Her communication was excellent throughout, she always responded quickly to emails and messages and focused on finding solutions rather than passing issues on. She was patient, helpful, and genuinely supportive at every stage. By the end of the process, she felt more like a friend than an estate agent. I would not hesitate to use William Rose again, and a huge thank you to Tyshani Williams for her outstanding service. Highly recommended!

GoogleI cannot praise William Rose enough, they took care of all the viewings and provided regular updates after each viewing. The property was sold after 1 week, above the asking price. They also provided 'after care' keeping in touch with me and each partie's solicitors right up to completion. Nothing was too much for them. Thoroughly recommend William Rose to anyone buying or selling a property in their catchment area. Big Thanks to Jake and Tyshani who I dealt with throughout.

GoogleTyshani was friendly and helpful from the first call to the collection of our keys. She was organised, reassuring and efficient in relaying questions and getting timely answers. We dealt with one of her colleagues for a while, and found him dismissive and unhelpful, which only served to highlight Tyshani's excellent communication skills and willingness to do whatever was needed with integrity and good humour. We highly recommend her and are grateful for all she did to support us through a sometimes stressful purchase.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience buying my flat through William Rose Woodford. Unlike many agents, they were never 'pushy' and acted as a brilliant bridge between myself and the sellers. Alannah was particularly helpful, always chasing up the solicitors and keeping me informed without me having to ask. They made what can be a chaotic process feel very manageable. Highly recommended.
